Good morning! Power walked to and home from church last night. Ran errands on the way home. Will be shutting down in a few minutes to go to bed. 😁💝😷❤️

Good Morning, Everyone!

Yesterday I got derailed from a candy dish at church. Someone put some chocolate in there and I ate some of it. The sugar, chocolate or something messed with me after that. I need to steer clear of that moving forward. My friend has a candy dish in her house. She has been pushing the candy on me. I need to do something about that, too. See devotional below, the candy and sugar is the enemy and evil for me.

Steps from yesterday: 10,673

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

February 11

Romans 12:21
Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.

Fat is the enemy. We have declared war, and it takes every ounce of strength we have to wage the battle. Yet, it is a battle well worth fighting. We sometimes need to look at fat as an enemy. We need to think of it as evil, in order to stay serious about battling it. If we allow ourselves to believe that it is anything less than evil, we stand in danger of learning to live with it. That can never be. It is an effrontery to the Christian life to allow evil to overcome that which is good. Rather, let us always strive to overcome what is evil with what is good.

Today's thought: I will not rest until the enemy has been eradicated!

Good Morning, Everyone!

Great job on the weight losses this week!

Yesterday my food was on plan and I went for a walk.

Steps from yesterday: 9,546

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

February 12

2 Peter 2:9
The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished.

I remember when I proposed to my wife, I wanted to call home and let everyone know. I called, but the line was busy. I was so excited that I just sat and kept dialing until I broke through. I must have called a hundred times before my efforts paid off. I finally got through because of persistence. Persistence is one of the most important ingredients of a successful diet. The Bible tells us often that God is pleased by our persistence, and He will reward us for it. God will deliver us, if we will keep trying no matter what happens. Just don't give up!

Today's thought: No matter what happens, I will keep trying to lose weight!

So back up to 203.6 but I just ovulated. I have been eating on plan, lower carb under 1800 calories per day so gaining anything is absolutely maddening...

I am going to do measurements today though.

🔥🔥🔥my inches lost was only with my waist and hips. 0.5 off hips and 2.5 off waist at my pooch (FUPA) 🔥🔥🔥

Anyways, I went to bed with stomach growling even after I ate some seaweed snacks...

I can not even believe the 3lb jump from Saturday except I really did have an upset stomach on Saturday and had bowel movements all day...
