Hello everyone!!
Welcome Mannie!
Diana: I’m sending many healing prayers your way!
Ciecie, SinaRose, Bloominbutterflies, Larry, Netnet…. Who am I forgetting??? If anyone please forgive me! I will come back and include but this is to EVERYONE. I hope all is doing well today. I’ve had my grandson the last week so I’ve been preoccupied 24/7 with him. He’s 2 years old and a blessed handful! Haha. But while he was here the weather has been great and for the last 5 days I’ve walked 2 miles outside- in addition to the “playing” we’ve done. I keep wondering how long is it going to take to see some results on the scales from me quitting the daily 7+ cans of Mtn. Dew daily?? I’m only seeing a couple lbs down by my scales.
Our preacher quoted Donald Grey Barnhouse Sunday at church and he said his favorite quote of his was: “If sin was blue then we would ALL be blue”….
Isn’t that the truth??!! We’d all be Smurf’s!

Im going tomorrow for my MRI (cervical and lumbar) and my CT scan. Please pray for good news!
The detective has decided to do the felony warrants against my 3 vandalism people on March 4-6, one of those days he said. He will call me the day prior to meet at the Magistrates office to get my signature. Please continue those prayers.
I’ve still got all these Seaweed packs here…. I cannot find anyone that will take them??? If y’all are interested in them just shoot me a msg and we will privately exchange addresses and I will gladly send them to you! Free!!! I just want to get rid of them. They are all packaged/never opened/don’t expire until 2025. There are 2 different brands both all are “Roasted Seaweed snack with sea salt” so just let me know.
Ive got to run now- but I wish everybody a very blessed day and know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers!! ❤️☦️🙏🏼

Hi Everyone!

Nahee I will pray for you.

Thank you for your prayers. A huge praise, they got all the cancer in one cut. The area is on my temple. I had what's called mohs surgery. I have 4 stitches on the inside and 7 on the outside. I have to go back in a week to get the stitches out. I cannot exercise or fitness walk for a week. They don't want my heart rate to elevate. Something about not wanting it to start bleeding. Thank you again for your prayers.

Have a Blessed afternoon.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Steps from yesterday: 5,011

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

February 28 & 29

Hebrews 10:35

Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.

Jeff came out of the store carrying the large package and shaking his head. He really hadn't wanted to buy the radio, but the salesman wouldn't take no for an answer. He had really been persuasive. After a few feeble attempts to resist, Jeff had finally given in. He just wasn't good at fighting off aggressive people. He needed confidence. We need to be confident that what we do is right. When we lack the confidence we need, we are easy prey for temptation. Confidence is an important part of dieting. When we stand firm on what we have decided to do, then we will succeed.

Today's thought: Nothing can sway me from my diet, if I don't want it to!

Nahnee71 praying for good results

Diana glad the surgery went well

Yesterday was very stressful but the biggest stress came at the end of the day so I left and came home to get away from it. I was at my sissy's condo
My nephews had a friend from grade school here and they were grilling pork steaks.steak also had a salad and baked potato. It was yummy.
I'm going to the gym a little later. Need to work off the rest of the bad energy
Also need tongo to grocery store

Diana: That’s fabulous news! Praise our almighty Heavenly Father for his healing miracles. We just need to remember our faith needs to only be as big as a mustard seed! I’m so happy for you!!

Ciecie: I hope you’re doing great today also. Thank you for the prayers too along with Diana and Nettnett.

Nettnett: I’m still praying for you also and wish I had a Vaca with you at your sis’s condo! That sounds like such fun! The meal they grilled sounded SOOO DELICIOUS!!
I had my MRI and CT scans today- just waiting on the results.
Everyone have a blessed day! ❤️☦️🙏🏼🥰
