Hi Everyone!

I am really sick with this bronchitis. sick, sick, sick. Hopefully this thing will start clearing up soon.

Total Approx 1540 calories

Breakfast 480 calories
coffee w/cream & sugar
yogurt, protein granola bar, prunes 480 calories

Lunch 510 calories
sandwich made w/whole wheat round, laughing cow cheese 2 pieces of turkey, lettuce 250 calories
banana 100 calories
yogurt 60 calories
grapes 100 calories (this was eaten later)

Dinner 550 calories
homemade chicken vegetable/rice soup 450 calories
yasso fro-yo 100 calories

Exercise:
long outdoor walk

Good Morning Ciecie!

Having some trouble sleeping so I figure I'd do my weigh in and new measurements early morning. I did lose the 1.2 lbs I was hoping for this week. Just under the wire. Nothing more and nothing less. The last time I measured myself it was 6 pounds ago. I lost an inch on my high hips. My waist and low hips didn't have much change if any. I carry most of my fat in my low hips and find it odd that it hasn't seemed to have changed much. Meanwhile I bought 36 inch band bras to wear last week. I've also started wearing my size 16 jeans part time recently! They work well for shopping trips and quick meals out. I'm in that spot where the tight jeans suck everything in and make me look great but if I eat a large meal they feel too tight.

I'll be back March 9th for my next weigh in. The birth control pills I take make me hold onto water for about 10 days around my period and it covers two Saturdays for me. Goal for March 9th will be 3.6 lbs.

Good Morning, Everyone!

I'm down 1.6 pounds from last week. I haven't had any sleep due to the steroids. Tomorrow is my last day for the steroids but I still have 5 days of antibiotics to go. I still have a lot of wheezing and lung stuff going on, but it's better than it was. Hopefully I won't need a second round of that mess.

Steps from yesterday: 8,121

Im actually down this am to 159 but I honestly have no idea without back tracking how much of a loss that is! lol. I pray everyone is doing great and congratulations to all of us for making it this far!! 👍🏼🥰

I am 200.8 today.

I was 204.4 on January 27th.

Approximately 3lbs. I'll take it.

My 7 day low is 200.2. As long as I keep beating my 7 day low, I'm losing weight.

My 14 day trend is 202.4. So I'm very close to Onederland even with TOM coming soon.

1364 calories today. I'm eating beans and tea every day.. my poor stomach though.
