To tackle my weight, I need to focus my efforts one day at a time. I need to try to make each day the best one at whatever I do. Think of it as the last day that I have and how what I do can please God. Make this day and every single day my journey to be the best I can be. That is the only way I can succeed. Good afternoon! Power walked to and home from the thrift shop today. Ran errands on the way home. Will go for another power walk and run errands in a few minutes. 😁❤️😷💝

Hello everyone, I thought I'd join this thread. Today I just want to eat below my allowance (6,000 kilojoules) and go for 2 45 minute walks. Plus avoid sugary food. If I do these 3 things my day will be a success.

By the way, my profile photo is not being displayed with my posts, but if I click on it I can see it. Not sure why.

Today I weighed 80.1 kg, I've been around this weight for almost 2 months.

Thanks ciecie. By the way, in case anyone is wondering, I have 16.1 kilograms to lose and I want to lose them pretty much as soon as possible. Ideally in the next 6 months.

Good Morning, Everyone!

I need to make an effort to go to bed earlier. I have always been an early riser so going to bed late is not a good thing.

Tomorrow is my surgery. I have to be there early, so I'm not sure about getting on here in the morning. I would appreciate any and all prayers for me.

We have been invited out to dinner tonight with another couple. He used to work part time with us and he and DH have been friends for almost 40 years. They will be moving a few hours away and they wanted us to have dinner before they move.

I also have to go purchase flowers today for a funeral service we are having on Saturday at church. One of our deacons passed away last week.

No exercise

Hello everyone. Yesterday was a success, I ate under my limit and I did the two walks. Today I want to do two 45 minute walks however the first walk was only 35 minute so I don't think I'll do 55 minutes in the evening. I'll just aim for a 90 minute average, probably. I will have sugary food today which is one of my problem foods and I expect to eat a bit higher than 6,000 kilojoules because of that.

Today I weighed 80.0 kg, I first weighed that 29th January.

Good night all! Diana, will be praying all goes well with your surgery tomorrow. Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone and went for two power walks today. My fitness goals for today have been attained. 😁💝😷❤️
