I think the difference is no flour products in mwl (bread, pasta, tortilla's...)
and the fruit is limited to 2 pieces a day.

I didn't even bother to go on the scale because I'm not happy to begin with. I have to stop this yo yo diet thingy I got going. I feel so great when I stick to a plan and this past week has been baddd. It is TOM coming but I hate to be out of control. I really have to work harder.
