  • I'm not weighing this week - sorry! I've been all stressed out and bingy. I don't think it's HORRIBLE but I know it's not good. I have a 5K tomorrow morning and back on track as of today.

  • Ah, 141, for me. No loss. I'm on a 3 week plateau, but it's not any mystery why. I've been too lazy to cook, and eating out for lunch.
  • Surprisingly, I lost 4 lbs. last week. I'm down to 160.8, which is below my redline maintenance weight for the first time since the holidays. Yay!
  • hmm 287 i know i had a bad couple of days was a little off but sheesh! I'm hoping it's still because of TOM........oh well i haven't been eating junk at least so whatever lol i'll just deal with it.

    quillie, you're doing so great with mcdougall! between you and jill (who's also doing AWESOME!), i'm considering trying it in a couple of weeks. i'm taking the LSATs in two weeks, and i don't want to mess with what i'm eating until then. i'm really reducing my dairy products and trying to eat better carbs, but other than that i'm just going to work on calories and working out. i need to be functioning as well as i can!
    also, i think i mentioned a few weeks ago that i had applied to work at a weight loss camp for the summer? well i got the job!! i'm a little nervous because the economy is so bad and i don't get my contract until april, so i'm considering applying for some backup jobs. but that would just be such a great summer for me! i feel like i'm always going in a million different directions with school, work, working out, and everything else. it would be so great to have a summer to focus on eating right and working out for me and the campers!!

    I was bad I didn't even bother to go on the scale because I'm not happy to begin with. I have to stop this yo yo diet thingy I got going. I feel so great when I stick to a plan and this past week has been baddd. It is TOM coming but I hate to be out of control. I really have to work harder.

  • Almost forgot to report in, no major change this week ladies I'm 118.6, its TOM I'm just glad I didn't gain.

  • has anyone else thought about the biggest loser notification on the homepage? has there ever been a vegetarian on biggest loser that anyone can recall?
