  • DARBY Ha im afraid of the snow too!! Definitely, and actually afraid of driving in denver lol the streets are a little crazy...

    I'm from Northern, CA about 30 minutes north of Sacramento.

    How about this Sunday? We can go to the Watercourse, or any other veg restaurants you know of?

    I haven't had a very good week, I weighed myself yesterday and i was the same so hopefully it won't show a gain on Friday, I've started to eat when I'm not hungry again and i dont know why!!!
  • Hmmm... do you keep a food journal Haley? Maybe you are not eating enough fiber?
  • i dont even know how much fiber im supposed to have in a day lol ill have to look it up......it's not that I'm hungry it's that i'm bored when i do homework and stuff lol so i decide to "take a break" which of course includes eating something
  • I usually snack on veggies or fruits so I don't feel guilty. Oh or cherrios.

    I like carrots or any type of veggie dipped in an oil free dressing, or just fruits!
  • i know part of my problem is i dont plan what i eat but everytime i do i can never stick with it for more than a couple days, also maybe if i managed my time better i could actually exercise and then i might be less likely to eat but i have a hard time juggling being at school, doing homework, fitting in exercise and having my daughter home.....i wish i knew someone in my position cause im just not organized as far as time goes lol
  • A not so whopping 1 lb loss for me this week, down to 219. For the first time I'm wondering whether I'll make my goal for Valentines. Not that it wouldn' be my own fault, I've been snacking a lot and went out for dinner the last two nights.

  • Hey girls! My life is taking over and I don't have as much computer time these days. Nor do I have as much exercise time which is hurting me.
