I stayed the same this week, probably because of TOM. My eating has been very good this past week, that is why I more than likely stayed the same. Whatever the reason, it is better than a gain!!!

Hey everyone, thank you! It's not a good trip so far, it snowed today light, and the sides of the roads were scary, someone almost wrecked right in front of me-which really freaked me out, and im leaving a month early because of a whole load of drama. I really feel like my life is not even mine the last couple days. I'm so ready to be over the stress and on to my regular life.

I think I'm gonna try McDougall but I'm gonna keep coffee for now mostly because I just bought some and I don't want to throw out my money lol and i still have a bottle of wine and I'm not pouring that down the drain....I wish some type of alcohol was ok .

I finally got up and moved today....I just danced around to music for 20min its a start! Tomorrow Im going to do something for 30min.

i finally got out and ran on my bike path...of course it was covered in snow and i felt i had to work twice as hard to get through the 2 miles lol oh well i have a race in march i have to get training!

Darby – Have you seen the deer again? I used to get so mad at our dogs growing up because they’d chase the deer that came near our house! Of course the deer were far too fast for the dogs thank goodness!
I will never ever buy Tings again – I devoured the whole bag the one time I did.


CookieQueen – How are you doing? Breakups are rough but hang in there. As far as “cheating” – I agree you need to watch/read/learn about how animals are treated and the effect it has on them (of course), the environment and our bodies. I’ve not felt tempted by meat, cheese, any animal product since I started learning the truly horrible things that happen. Now if only there was a documentary on pasta cruelty!!

Shaninagans – Honeymoon??!! Oh la la – have fun! Okay actually you’re probably back by now so how was it?

Summerkate – How freaking cool! I hope it all works out and you have a blast this summer.

My 5K was good! I was about 1:30 minutes faster then the Thanksgiving one. I’m a little annoyed because they just posted times and since it wasn’t a chip race and I started back further they’re showing me about a minute slower then I actually was. Oh well, I had my garmin – I know what I did

I’ve been having serious issues with food – trying to get it back together! Fingers crossed ladies.

heather-good luck with getting those issues under control. i always feel like when i'm making a big effort to be healthier is when the issues come up-or maybe i'm just more aware of them lol. but anyways, you can do it!!

Its hard to know what they are looking for in a person, they seem to usually pick really pretty women. I need to come up with some ideas for a video if I am going to pursue this. Thanks for your kind words ladies... I arrived in Colorado safely last night. I officially dislike snow, especially driving in it! I'll be here until the end of February then the last weekend before March I'll be moving in my new apartment in California. I did do well on my eating for the drive, not completely McDougall MWL, but still McDougall friendly (except for my one small coffee).
