  • I think this vegetarian thing is working for me b/c I'm now 118.8 from 121 last week. The big thing this week was E2L getting all that fiber in and drinking plenty of water. I even did less exercise this week. I can't believe I lost 2 lbs this is the most I've lost in one week since September, I'm so close to goal I can taste. Yay for no animal products.
  • Wow! I lost a whopping 13 pounds in one week! I LOVE McDougall, I ate so much more then on any other diet and I just kept on losing. I've never had this kind of results, I'm baffled!

  • I'm down two pounds to 217. My eating has been ok; not great. My workouts have been pretty low-key (mostly pilates, only one cardio workout). I have to wonder if the loss is due to no wine! As an experiment, I will keep doing what I've done this week and see what happens next week.

    My weighin is at 143 today! I'm happy because thats only a pound up from my lowest. You all are doing amazing!! ETL is really the way to go esp. to get out of a plateau. I now understand that I was eating too many carbs along with using some sauces with my tofu that were really but are loaded w/ salt and sugar.

  • I lost 2.8 lbs. (I weigh on WW scales so they do the partial pounds).

    I really think the reduction in my thyroid medication has slowed me down a bit. I know that 2.8 is good, but, frankly, before I could have lost more given what I'm doing exercising and eating. Of course, maybe that's because my thyroid medication was too high. Oh, well.
  • Sounds like a good weigh in day so far!

    178.8 today. Not bad for a week with no running and very little exercise of any kind. Definitely going to try and make it to the gym more consistently now that I'm mostly over this cold.
  • Im at 215.5. This is awesome since the entire month of December I only lost 1lb! Ive been running everyday for half an hour which is a huge accomplishment for me.
