Last week was atypical in terms of a 2lb loss, I'm still 118.8 -119 my scale is digital and was doing the back and forth. No change for me but thats ok, I've decided to change my goal to 115.

Well, I'm back up to 219. I think it's the PMS monster. I had a terrible day Wednesday. I walked into the health food store to buy one thing and walked out with a bag of Tings (have you ever had these; they're like vegan Cheetos), an orange creme soda and a vegan lemon poppyseed cookie. I went home and had myself a little party .

Heather-Happy Birthday!!

Jill-isn't McDougall great? I just wish I could stick to it.

Erin-nice job on the run.

Congrats on the losses, zinkemomx2, summerkate and Quillie!

Haleygirl-I'm there with you on the stupid PMS weight. Unfortunately, I didn't stay on plan like you did. Good for you, though.

JackieRN-You're so close to goal that it's just going to be harder. But nice job on maintaining!!

Tigger-Amy's Organic has vegan food (mostly burritos and wraps), but you can sometimes find them on sale for really good prices. If you cook, it's easy to make up a bunch of burritos and freeze them.

Alright, I have a herd of deer that come to my house every day. There are about 12 of them and sometimes they come together and sometimes in smaller groups. Often the bucks come by themselves. Last week I looked out and there were 4 deer and one of the smaller ones (one of the babies that had just been born last spring) was out there and she has a broken leg (a front leg). Well, I freak out. I didn't know what to do so call a wildlife rescue that we have in town. They tell me that deer can actually survive with a broken leg. It won't ever heal, but she will probably go on to have babies of her own and live a normal life.

I looked back outside and she's happily eating and hopping around. I didn't see her again until Wednesday, and she looked really bad. She was alone and although she was eating, she looked really skinny. She was having a really hard time getting around too. I got upset all over again. I think that's part of the reason I had my little binge on Wednesday. Emotional eating, anyone? I didn't think I'd ever see her again.

Anyway, just now I looked outside. There were about 5 deer out there and she was with them. She was eating and when my dog walked by she CHASED him up the hill!! I think she's going to be ok!!

I know I shouldn't get attached to wild animals, but it's hard not to.

Anyway, have a great Friday, everyone!!

Happy Birthday FatChickBGone! And congrats on the 5k Erin!

This weigh in will not be my best, because I just moved back to college, broke up with my boyfriend and its TOM. . I'm at 177.2. On the bright side, that is a .2 difference and totally fixable. Plus, its somewhat water weight so next week's results will look really impressive, LOL!

Just about the same, 179. But I did exercise every day this week, 7 days in a row. Twice on Tuesday. And no beer since last Saturday! I'm pretty pleased with that.

I’ll be on my honeymoon next week, I don’t really plan to stay “on plan” or anything, I just need to relax and have fun. Might get a little running in. If I can’t find any other vegan food at the resort I might be living on rice and beans and fruit (and fruity drinks!).

ETA: Happy Birthday Fat Chick B Gone!

Darby1, I agree last week was surreal I typically lose that much per month. I discovered vegan brand of oreo like cookies and am embarrassed by how fast it took me to finish the whole pack. I'm learning that there are a lot more options out there than I was aware of and I still have to make the right choices.

Darby.. never heard of the vegan cheetos, sounds good lol, yes McDougall is great. I did slip a lil yesterday I had SmartPop Kettle Popcorn that wasn't on his list of Okayed popcorns, it had some oil in it Grr.. but no biggie.

A few of us are dealing with TOM right now, so no problem we all understand that fluctuation, don't let it get to you, it will most likely go away

So I only have about 6 or 7 people left that haven't weighed in. I'll be posting later

Today is weigh in

I`m 213 this week...
Today we had to go down to the radio station to sign waivers for our trip to New York. They also wanted to give us shirts to wear in pictures for them to put on the internet (and a giant sticker to pose with...lame sauce!) Anyway, the lady asked what size shirt I needed and I said XL thinking it would be a oversized t-shirt type not fancy shirt. It turned out to be a fitted womens shirt. Anyway, after she brought it out I was too embarrased to say that I think I need a bigger size so I took it anyway figuring I would just wear a hoodie the whole time in pictures anyway. When I got home I tried it on and IT FIT! Thank goodness...that could have been even more embarrasing if I was bulging out all over the place in pictures that will be posted on their website.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

164.8, which is a 1.6 lb. loss, I think. Exactly 7 more lbs. to lose to get to what I weighed on Oct. 11, before all the holidays. Gotta make a better plan for next year. . .

Sorry for the delay in my weigh in, it's 11.8. I didn't have time to get on yesterday.
