  • Good I'm actually excited to weigh in again. I hope this lasts, I've always done best on diets that I dont have limits on how much I can eat.

    I'm fighting with food. Some has been emotional eating over DH. I've written in the journal and am pretty much over that. I went back and looked at my food on SP and have realized how much processed stuff has been sneaking into my diet. Tomorrow I will be back on track with the basics.

    Good job for journaling and realizing what might be wrong in your diet, i love processed foods, but i know it slows me down too!

  • jill, i know you've probably already been asked this, but what is the difference between the regular mcdougall plan and the extreme weight loss one (or whatever it's called i can't exactly remember!!). what can you eat??
  • I have a bad feeling about weigh in this week for me.
    I have finals for the next two days, and while studying I've noticed unconscious eating. :C
  • SummerKate... bread, and soy products are all I believe.... you have more slack in the regular program than the MWL

    SkinnyTeen.. keep your head up If you do have a bad weigh in, there is alweays next week!

  • Well, it is already friday 10 AM here, and I'm weighing in at a happy 221. This makes for a very exciting 4 lb loss! McDougall has yet to let me down.

    Congrats for everybody who is still sticking to it!

    TODAY'S WEIGH IN: 173
    I actually feel it should be more lost than 1.5 lbs, but I'm pre-menstrual so I think that may be playing with the numbers. I'll find out next week!
