Would the ProtiDiet cereal be considered a restricted item? Also which flavor have you found to be the best?
It is restricted and I have like a vanilla flavor, I didnt realize..( should of read the small print) that you had to add milk.. so I eat them a nice crunchy breakfast with my coffee.... of course until they run out.

Not sure which cereal you are talking about... I have the ProtiDIet Honey Nut cereal: 100 Cal, 25 from fat; 2.5 g fat; 5 g carb / 2 fiber / 2 sugar; 15 g protein. Doesn't seem restricted at all.
I sprinkle on a tiny bit of vanilla shake powder and add water, then a splash of my skim allowance. It's a perfect cereal without being restricted and a change from IP Crispy Cereal. I usually save my IP Crispy Cereal to make pancakes (also unrestricted unlike the IP actual pancakes!!)

The proti diet honey soy nut cereal is unrestricted, but does NOT have the powdered milk like the IP cereal, so I would actually use it with a splash of vanilla shake as my "milk".
They also make a chocolate cereal that IS restricted.
Hi all. I haven't been logging into this thread as much as I have been superbusy. Time to be more accountable though....
B-IP Vanilla drink with cinnamon and 2 egg whites
L- Ginger-lemongrass chicken stirfry with green/red peppers and broc.
S- RTD Chocolate drink
D - IP Pottage with spinach and diced green peppers, perhaps some green beans on the side.
I am SUPER hungry today so I may have another unrestricted packet a bit later.
B- IP Mango - frozen, was just like sorbet, YUM...1 cup hot tea
L- IP blue-cran granita (ugh) 2 cups shredded cabbage with vin/EVOO
S- IP carmel nut bar
D- Trout baked with EVOO and lemon, served over 2 cups field greens with vin/EVOO

I think your are right! plus I just didn't want to use milk, didn't think to use my vanilla EAS drink for milk. thanks for clarifying !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
B - Wonderslim Hot Cakes (these were laying around from before I decided to do IP), WF syrup, 1 fried egg (PAM)
L - Roasted broccoli and cauliflower over IP Potato Puree (love this)
D - Turkey Burger in a bowl - let, tom, red onion, pickle, WF Thousand Island
S - Not sure, maybe pina colada
Question - The Hot Cakes had 14 net carbs so I know they are restricted. The protein was only 12 grams so that is why I added the egg. Was that necessary do you think?
B - IP Cappaccino drink
L - IP Chicken Noodle soup with zucchini and spinach
D - Beef taco meat mixed with zucchini and peppers in romaine
S - IP Vanilla Crispy bar
