Kerri - I liked the tomato basil soup with veggies mixed in but I really need to watch my sodium or my ankles swell up terrible so I'm off the soups for right now. I just noticed - did you not get any veggies with your lunch?

B- Coffee with Pure Protein Vanilla Creme Shake (was growing tired of EAS Carb Advan, so glad I found this!)

L- IP Vanilla Pudding pack, made like a cake with two egg whites, baking soda, vanilla, WF syrup. It was OK. Wouldn't win any contest.:-) 2 oz lean ham, 1 cup of rhubarb.

S- IP chicken soup or Quest bar

D- chicken wings ( I eat about 7 normally, so about 5 today)). Can be laborious though, seperating meat from the skin. Veggies, maybe cucumbers and onions. I still need three cups...

Just want to point out a few things for newbies.

Turkey sausage shouldn't be used on IP unless it's homemade from lean ground turkey. Store-bought is too high in fat, sodium, nitrates, etc.

Sugar free jello, unless it's sweetened with sucralose, should be avoided and fat-free cool-whip doesn't even come close to being on program.
