Hey everyone.. I realized you all have been a quiet bunch lately... so I looked up some Diet Quotes to give you a smile, inspiration, or just for thought!

In the Middle Ages, they had guillotines, stretch racks, whips and cahins. Nowadays, we have a much more effective torture device called the bathroom scale. :

I Will! I will get through this ... I will put this behind me ... I will move forward stronger ... I Will!

You may have to fight a battle more than once to win it.

We can do anything we want to do if we stick to it long enough.

Dieting is not a piece of cake.

More die in the United States of too much food than of too little.

The cardiologist's diet: If it tastes good, spit it out.

Don't dig your grave with your own knife and fork.

One should eat to live, not live to eat.

Inside some of us is a thin person struggling to get out, but they can usually be sedated with a few pieces of chocolate cake.

No matter who you are, no matter what you do, you absolutely, positively do have the power to change."

Good I'm actually excited to weigh in again. I hope this lasts, I've always done best on diets that I dont have limits on how much I can eat.

I'm fighting with food. Some has been emotional eating over DH. I've written in the journal and am pretty much over that. I went back and looked at my food on SP and have realized how much processed stuff has been sneaking into my diet. Tomorrow I will be back on track with the basics.

I have a bad feeling about weigh in this week for me.
I have finals for the next two days, and while studying I've noticed unconscious eating. :C

Well, it is already friday 10 AM here, and I'm weighing in at a happy 221. This makes for a very exciting 4 lb loss! McDougall has yet to let me down.

Congrats for everybody who is still sticking to it!

Thank you 3 for your weigh ins, nice and early Looks like you all are doing quite well!

TODAY'S WEIGH IN: 173
I actually feel it should be more lost than 1.5 lbs, but I'm pre-menstrual so I think that may be playing with the numbers. I'll find out next week!

If everyone weighs in today I'll post are weigh in later!
