Misti/Sue -- 28 minutes is only measly in comparison to what you've been doing -- It's still great!!!
I walked the dogs for 24 minutes (not measly for me!). I am still sore after yoga on Monday!

I did 60 minutes of lower body weight training last night and I did some killer ab work with it! I noticed that I was able to lift my hips higher for reverse crunches and my shoulders higher for regular crunches.
Personal total: 595 + 60 = 655 (goal 1200)

Hey y'all, I started walking for excersice on Monday, Sept 11, 2006. Those people on TV that say, "I feel great when I excersice." Must be mentally ill. No, I'm just playing but I am paying dearly for the 1/2 mile walking I'm doing. I have bone on bone in my knee and I feel it from my neck to my ankle. However, in just 4 days I've lost 10 lbs. I'm combining my walking with a healthier eatting plan. I'm using a combination of the Curves plan and the picture perfect weight loss plan. And since I've had a Gastric Bypass anytime I start eatting better I lose a lot of weight pretty quickly. I'm down from 350 to 340 as of this morning. Well, I hope this inspired everybody. Hi Ladies - Got in a little 20 minute walk last night...just met up with John when he got off work. New totals are:
Personal Total: 442 + 20 = 462/900 - 438 minutes until goal!
