ugggh... i can't believe i haven't posted yet this month. i have a lot of catching up to do. i missed my goal last month by three minutes. 2787/2790... this month i am going to try for 1500 (sixty minutes, six times a week) since i have seven classes. two of them are photography classes and they require a lot of outside work. i can't go to the gym twice a day anymore i was getting so used to it too.
Let's see - I did about 60 minnutes of walking on Saturday, 30 minutes walking yesterday morning and then 30 minutes on the elliptical last night. Then I did another 30 minutes walking this morning, bringing my total to 387.
The eye Doc only left me alone in the exam room for a bit, but I got an extra minute + of leg lifts in (hey, every little bit helps.) Then I went and did a real workout, but I wish it had been longer. Maybe the rain will stop so I can walk outside... or maaaaaybe I'll get re-aquainted with my old pal, the treadmill, hmmmm...
Went for a nice hike after work today, one that I couldn't do in the spring. Yeah me! I forgot to wear the pedometer, so I'm just going to count what I know for sure...30 min.
Oh, and it seems we lost some minutes between #168-170, so I'm going to add them to the group total.
