Wednesday I did 30 minutes on the elliptical at hill level 7. Then Thursday I did 30 minutes this time at level 3 and then 30 minutes with my trainer. Then this morning I did 30 mintues of walking before work. That brings my total to 567.
Tonight at the gym I did 15 minutes on the treadmill and 10 on the elliptical. I was really dragging tonight, but I still did it. That brings my total to 592.
I'm not counting the fussy bouncing I did for an hour before the walk-a-thon started. It was like, walk for a mile and a half, but stand still for three miles first. So, 30 minutes brisk walking, then another 20 minutes working out. Pretty cheesy workout, but something started to hurt a bit in my ankle, and I just didn't feel like going on much. (Can we say "C-O-P--O-U-T?)
Wow, I didn't exercise for 2 days -- I think the last time that happened was... in the spring??? Or maybe winter! wow. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come for me this fall term! On the other hand... I've NEVER exercised this regularly before in my life!
Today 50 min -- 20 min walking the dogs and 30 min lifting at the gym
I woke up this morning, bound and determined to get lots of exercise in today, as I hadn't done anything in 3 days. (eek!) Started with a 60+ min hike. Had a mid afternoon dog walk for 15 min. Ended the day with a 3mile WATP video for 45 min. Total: 120 minutes. I don't want to become one of those "weekend warriors" but it sure did feel good today.
Personal: 490/900 (I just may be able to make my goal!)
I did 10 minutes of yoga last night and then I did a 3 mile, 110 minute hike. Total is 120 minutes.
Personal total: 705 + 120 = 825 Group total: 11,461 + 120 = 11,581
Jen, I'm glad to see someone else who hikes! I love hiking. Today was a beautiful day for hiking and as we hiked later in the afternoon, we saw tons of deer.
