I've been setting 600 minute goals for several months now and have not made it yet. I am going to be kinder to myself this month and lower my goal to 450. I am having a hard time staying in the swing of dieting and exercise and I don't want to set myself up for failure (again).

Am I suppose to post here? Starting us off with 70 minutes for the month of September. Wyellen hopefully you can set me straight if this isn't right. Way to go for September!
I'm posting this separately. The August thread has been closed. Our total was 26,519. I was out of town last night, and didnt get a chance to add an additional 39 minutes (walking in Chicago!).
If anyone else has Aug min to add, let me know, but don' t add it to the Sept minutes! Our new aug total is 26,519 + 39 = 26,558 -- 10,000 minutes over our previous high total!
Again, let me know if you have aug minutes, but try not to confuse sept and aug minutes!
I am not sure how to really do this. I would like to set a modest goal of 600 minutes for myself. Do I report daily or weekly totals to this board. I so need this extra push for the month of September
Hi guys put me in at 45 mins today....alot of walking at work It never stops ha-ha!!
Group total ~ 60 + 70 (luflic) + 40 (wyllenn) = 170 minutes
group total 170 + 45 (Zig) = 215
First off -- The August thread is back open again (thanks, thinthinker!), so if you have more aug minutes, post there!!
Kenya -- You can update whenever you like. Sometimes we like to rush over and post after the exercise, other times we save it up and post all at once. Welcome!
Ziggy -- You did great. In fact, you made it harder than you needed to. Just the second line was fine... in fact, you didn't need your name -- I just put it there in my post because I was adding for 2 people. If you look at the post below you, kimpossible got it!
