Thursday - 30 mins Marsala Banghra (new Indian dance DVD - FUN, but I've got to get used to the moves), 10 mins walking to work, 20 mins laps of oval with the kids and 30 mins on the exercise bike. I actually felt like doing the extra time on the bike after work. Not bad.
Friday - 30 mins exercise bike and 10 mins walk to work. My MIND was eager to exercise after work, but my BODY had other things in mind... like a nap. Oh dear.
Personal Goal... 80 + 130 = 210 mins ABOVE September's goal of 1200
ZELMA, I find that although new moves are fun, they take some OOMPH out of my workout because I'm learning & practicing rather than really eating it up. Especially at workout class, because I can't even rewind and do it again. How about you?
80 workout routine, then 30 minutes walking at the track this morning, plus another 20 I spent last night on crunches and leg lifts
Valerie, I agree. I hate to feel frustrated during a new workout, which is one reason I like the WATP. In fact I did a new one (well, new to me) for the first time tonight..Walk and Kick.
heh. I won't push us over -- 8 silly minutes on the elliptical before I had to abort to meet with our new trainer. That took so long that hubby was starving and we had to go eat, and then I was too full and too tired to work out... hmmm... now I have to get in 63 min tomorrow to make my goal.
50 minutes this morning. I hope I can get some walking in this afternoon... or maybe even break out one of the tapes I bought that still have the wrappers on them.
I know this is rather crazy, but since I missed the past two days I didn't think I would make my September goal - but I want to!
So, I just did 90 minutes of walking while I watched the Doctor Who I taped last night. That brings my total to 1147. That means I need to do another 53 minutes of something today if I want to make it. I just might go ahead and try.
Lots of hiking and walking today. I'm not sure exactly how much time I spent outside was, but I know for a fact that I did at least 90. A 30 min WATP Walk and Kick video as well. (I LOVE that video)
