OK... too many days to list separately. Yep, I fell behind again. Luckily I keep a record on a table in Word, otherwise I would have NO idea what I had done. I had a rest day Thursday, but have been good on the others and easily made up for it.
I managed to get in 230 mins of exercise between Wednesday and today (Sunday). I just got back from an 80 min walk with hubby and don't expect to be doing any more exercise today, so feel confident in posting.
Personal Goal... 860 - 230 = 630 mins left of September's goal of 1200
16 min of walking for me. I may get some more in before the evening's over, but I haven't posted in so long I figured I'd go ahead and put these on now.

I got up and went to the fitness center at 5 AM before church! Woke up early and decided not to waste the time! So I got 15 minutes on the cross-trainer and 65 strength training for a total of 80 minutes.
Not feeling the best today ... BUT I did do my Richard Simmons dvd .. almost completely lol ... so got another 50 minutes ... and incredibly I am actually feeling better! I dont do any set exercise on weekends .. but we do go out and about walking etc paying bills etc ... but I dont count any of that
I'm SO glad I made it to workout class tonight, but MAN! it's so much tougher to do at night than in the morning! That should motivate me to get off my super comfy pillow tomorrow a.m.!
Valerie- I'm the opposite, there is no way I'm getting out of bed to workout in the morning, but at night- I'm there!
Today I did a 60 minute kickboxing class, followed by a 60 minute yoga class=120minutes
