Didnt do quite as much as yesterday .. but I had a busy day so was really happy I did my Richard Simmons first thing this morning .. only 45 minutes out of the 70 tho .. tomorrow is cleaning day at home .. but Im still gonna do my exercises first thing in the morning ... funny tho ... even tho I do them in the morning by early evening I have to think hard about whether I have done it or not cos I feel so good still (in the beginning when I did the exercise in the morning I would be tired the rest of the day rofl) ... so many good changes and its great keeping track of them this way too!
Did 45 minutes today. A struggle but at least did 45 isn't it strange how some days so much easier than others. My pleasure to fix someone had to fix my snafu last month
Valerie - Walking in sand can be SO hard. 20 minutes in sand probably equates to double on a hard surface.
Tonight I did 10 minutes on the elliptical and then 30 minutes weight training. I cut it short, but seeing as I almost didn't go at all (I really didn't feel like it tonight) I think that is pretty good. That brings my total to 215.
Hi, add 20 mins Tuesday, 50 mins Wednesday, 60 mins Thursday & 60 mins today - all walking fairly briskly. =190 GROUP TOTAL 4,997 +190=5187!!!!!!!

Good day yesterday. I rode my bike to work (25 min) and then did a LOT of walking! Got in 19000 steps!! Only some of that counted aerobically (53 min), but it was great to move a lot.
