Just 13 minutes of walking today. Not bad considering I didn't really have a single spare minute. I was pacing the halls while reading for class tomorrow!
I think I underestimated how much exercise I was planning on this month lol ... Im gonna up it to 800 minutes
Yesterday I was a little sore still from Sundays exercises .. so only did the 20 minute Turbo Jam .. this morning I woke up and I wasnt feeling 100% so thought instead of the TJ I would do a couple of the songs on the Richard Simmons dvd I got ... but I was having so much fun I did the ENTIRE THING!! So that was 65 minutes of exercise (and boy did I need a shower after that!!) .. the best thing was tho ... I wasnt huffing and puffing at the end of it and I was even energised enough to get the washing done and play outside with the lambs and dogs!
90 minute workout class this a.m. for the second time. After the first 25 minutes I'm ready to quit, but I don't have the guts to walk out of the room, so I catch my second breath and do the best I can. If I just keep doing it, I'll get better and it will get easier... or at least more Doable... right????????

luflic -- You got back on track, and that's what's important! Why did you eat the funnel cake? Did you want it? If not, can you figure out how to not eat or eat less next time?
All of you are inspiring me! My workouts are usually less than 30 min! And except for weights I don't think I'm challenging myself lately! I've figured out how to exercise, but I'm not really giving it my all lately and need to change that.
Case in point. I am adding 10 min back/abs from last night and a 15 min walk with the dogs this am.

HOW TO BE HUMBLED: Take a guy with 3 inch long legs on a 3 mile long walk... and just TRY to keep up with him! Little dog trots faster than I can walk!
