Wasn't going to exercise today, because I'm at 9 or 10 days in row now, but I ended up walking while doing some errands for my trip.

sooo... 18,573 + 40mins = 18,613

Got in a 16 minute walk yesterday and a 27 minute walk tonight...so 43 minutes! New totals are:

Personal Total: 809 + 43 = 852/900 - 48 minutes until goal!!


Group Total: 18,613 + 43 = 18,656

Yesterday I did 30 minutes walking in the morning and then 30 minutes on the elliptical in the evening (random level 5) bringing my total to 1057.

The group total is now 18,701 + 60 = 18,761

I'm trying to catch up for the week of no exercise! I did 45 minutes of cardio kickboxing last night along with 12 minutes of Tai Chi and 20 minutes of yoga. My total is 77 minutes for last night.

Personal total: 975 + 77 = 1052 (Will I make my goal of 1200? I might)
Group total: 18,761 + 77 = 18,838

I have had a busy week this week hence the reason for not coming in to update each day .. but I have been keeping track of my exercise. I did Richard Simmons TWICE yesterday!! Once in the morning and once in the afternoon .. unfortunately Im a little stiff this morning .. but I am going to do it this afternoon I think .. then again in the morning ... and then Im going to do my pilates tonight and tomorrow night which should just help me to hit my target

My total: 450 + 200 = 650/800 - 150 remaining

Group Total: 18988 + 200 = 19188

I'm trying to boogie my way to my goal! I did 70 minutes total tonight. I did 35 minutes of cardio then 35 minutes of pilates/quasi cardio.

Personal total: 1052 + 70 = 1122

Got some walking in...John added it up to 40-45 minutes but I don't see that...I'd say 40 maybe....but I'd feel like I'm 'cheating' myself (and this thread) if I went with that...so I'm adding 30 minutes, lol, cause I know for sure I did that at least. New totals are:

I decided to add on 30 minutes of upper body weights to the cardio/pilates that I did earlier. (wow a total of 100 minutes in 1 day? I think I may be insane)

Personal total: 1122 + 30 = 1152 (only 48 minutes more until my goal)

only 15 min tonight at the gym -- our session with the trainer took a LONG time.

12 minutes walking. Yes, that puts me only 2 minutes from my teeny tiny goal, but getting my 12 minutes in was really, really challenging (note that it's 11:32 p.m. my time, and I don't count exercise done after midnight for the day before
