I'm trying to catch up for the week of no exercise! I did 45 minutes of cardio kickboxing last night along with 12 minutes of Tai Chi and 20 minutes of yoga. My total is 77 minutes for last night.
Personal total: 975 + 77 = 1052 (Will I make my goal of 1200? I might) Group total: 18,761 + 77 = 18,838
I have had a busy week this week hence the reason for not coming in to update each day .. but I have been keeping track of my exercise. I did Richard Simmons TWICE yesterday!! Once in the morning and once in the afternoon .. unfortunately Im a little stiff this morning .. but I am going to do it this afternoon I think .. then again in the morning ... and then Im going to do my pilates tonight and tomorrow night which should just help me to hit my target
Got some walking in...John added it up to 40-45 minutes but I don't see that...I'd say 40 maybe....but I'd feel like I'm 'cheating' myself (and this thread) if I went with that...so I'm adding 30 minutes, lol, cause I know for sure I did that at least. New totals are:
Personal Total: 852 + 30 = 882/900 - 18 minutes until goal!
I decided to add on 30 minutes of upper body weights to the cardio/pilates that I did earlier. (wow a total of 100 minutes in 1 day? I think I may be insane)

12 minutes walking. Yes, that puts me only 2 minutes from my teeny tiny goal, but getting my 12 minutes in was really, really challenging (note that it's 11:32 p.m. my time, and I don't count exercise done after midnight for the day before
