I just did Richard Simmons' Blast and Tone DVD (weights and abs). It was 26 minutes.

40 mins on the treadmill for me this morning. That is it for the day, and probably it for tomorrow as well. With not eating until some time tomorrow afternoon I don't think I want to be doing much exercise till then.

Personal Goal... 40 + 40 = 80 mins ABOVE September's goal of 1200

I've really been bad about exercise lately. I took a week off basically. I don't think I'll meet my September goal but I'm going to try. I'll need to do 55 minutes every day in order to meet my goal.

I did 80 minutes last night of cardio/weight training.

Didn't have a chance to post my minutes yestday---I exceeded my goal as of yesterday - WOOHOO!!! I did 60 minute kickboxing class, 40 minutes yoga, 20 minutes on elliptical= 120 minutes
