  • Went on 2 hikes this weekend. First hike was horrific...4.5 miles over 4hours, very steep, total exhaustion by the end. I'm only going to count 120 minutes because some of the hike was flat (1.5 miles of it or so) and pretty easy. Today's hike was short-1 mile, but was more like boulder climbing than hiking. I need a vacation from my weekend.

  • 20 minute walk today. New totals are:

  • Just Richard Simmons today .. but may do my pilates tonight ...will add that tomorrow if I do .. omg .. just realised I only have 5 days to do the rest!! definitely have to do pilates each night if I hope to reach my target with "official" exercise (Im not counting the gardening or wood cutting or stacking ... although I might if I get close rofl)... so just the dvd workouts are getting counted (Could always think Im in the US to give me an extra day rofl)

    My total: 390 + 60 = 450/800 - 350 remaining

  • Well I don't have a goal this month since I'm just starting to post here, and I will be out of town anyway this week (funeral) but I though I'd post what I did today anyway.

    I got Leslie Sansones new compilation that has 3 DVDs on one... I got the more advanced one since I've been exercising for 4 months I figured I could handle it. I did "Walk Jog" and didn't even kill myself during the jogging segemnts of 2mins each! YEAY! That was 30mins... then I did another new DVD that someone gave me: Tamilee Webb's Tigher Assets Weight Loss... Oh my that one was sorta hard. I was surprised how hard it was since I've been doing so many squats and lunges the last couple months, but I got through it okay... so an hour of cardio for me today! (Tamilee one had strength in it - but damn it I didnt work up enough sweat to call it cardio too!)
  • Just 10 minutes walking, but that makes 10 minutes or more a day every day for a week, which is more consistent than I've been in a long time.

    I'm going to add Idealmuse's 60 minutes into the group total along with my 10.

  • Got in 2 walks today for a total of 57 minutes!! YAY! New totals are:

    Personal Total: 737 + 57 = 794/900 - 106 minutes until goal!

  • Finally getting back on a normal schedule. Hopefully I can be more consistent and get the excercise I need. All of you girls are doing great by the way!

  • Sunday - 50 min brisk walk with hubby
    Monday - 40 mins treadmill and 10 min walk to work

    Personal Goal... 60 - 100 = 40 mins ABOVE September's goal of 1200

    Group Total... 16,340 + 100 = 16,440

  • 4 mile WATP video. I can't believe I met the 900 min goal. I really thought it was too high this month.

  • Got out for another little walk yesterday - 15 minutes. So, new totals are:

    Personal Total: 794 + 15 = 809/900 - 91 minutes until goal!!

  • Did my 70 minutes on home gym and then went out and walked 40 minutes around the pointe at the metro park along the lakeshore. Such a gorgeous day here . Yeah
    So personal total of 110 minutes
    Group total is 16,605+ 110 = 16,715
  • Bad weekend - didn't get anything in. At least it's the first time all month that I missed 2 consecutive days. My poor back and shoulders have finally stopped aching from doing all those punches, but I'll fix that tomorrow morning! For today, 50 minutes gym workout.

    50 + 16,715 = 16,765

    I got 70 min of yoga in today (we ran a little long)...

  • This morning I did 30 minutes walking and tonight I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, bringing my total to 942.

    The group total is now 16,835 + 60 = 16,895
