Back to the straight and narrow ... 60 minutes, made up of TurboJam 20 Minute Cardio and 40 minutes of TurboSculpt.
I lost 6.4 lbs. during the month of August -- not as much as I would wish, but I probably would have held still (or gained) if not for working out with y'all last month.
Well, today was my first day back at that 90 minute workout class I took last spring. It kicked my wide arse, but in a wekk or two I'll be doing much better at it. It's a fun routine anyway... or it will be when I can actually DO it. I did the best I could and it brought my reportable minutes up to 105...
Hi Ladies - Just so you know I am getting in exercise while I'm visiting my family! I'm doing my walking everyday like always, but I won't be adding my minutes until I get home, but I'm writing it down to keep track! Keep up the good work everyone!!
I did my tape "Bellydancing for fitness too hip" Last time I tried (a while ago) I couldn't get past the first part and now I did the whole thing- no problem! 35 minutes!!
I was shopping today and tried to fit in some unplanned exercise by intentionally parking as far away as I could and I did an extra couple of laps around the mall just for the exercise. All together I got in an additional 31 minutes of walking that way.
Today I did my normal routine of cardio machines and then went to Peach Festival and walked the afternoon away I will only count 30 minutes for that due to the funnel cake I also ate errrr. So today for me 95 minutes so far this month my total is 225 I am geeked can't stop eating but doing well on exercise. One day I am hoping it will click into place. Group Total 2871+ 95 =29662966
