Food choices weren't bad just too much. Ate some leftover wedding food.

Calories for the day: approx 2000

Check-In: 30 minute outdoor walk after church.

Good night! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone before I left for church this morning. Did a load of laundry before I left for church. Power walked to church this morning. Father Dave was long winded today so I didn’t power walk to lunch today. Power walked and ran errands on the way home. Folded the laundry that was in the dryer from Friday. Dried all the laundry I did and folded most of it. Power walked to church for the Communal Penance Service. Power walked to supper after church. I ran errands on the way home. My fitness goals for today have been attained. 😁☘️😷🍀

Jesus faced many terrible experiences in His lifetime. The Bible tells of many incidents where crowds of people sought to kill our Lord. Whenever the pressures got too great, Jesus withdrew and spent time in prayer. That is an important lesson for us to learn. There will be times when the pressures build up while we try to lose weight. When the pressures get too much for us to handle, we should turn to the Lord in prayer. He will comfort us, strengthen us, and give us the courage we need to face every new day.

Good morning! Forgot to mention yesterday that I did an additional 2 miles Leslie Sansone yesterday afternoon. Had breakfast and did 2 miles Leslie Sansone this morning. Also power walked and ran errands this morning. Will power walk to my volunteer job this morning. Will power walk home after that. 😁🍀😷☘️

Hi guys! I am still here. I have been waffling around 190-191. Not really doing workouts though because I've been doing well to stick to my diet.

My shoulder keeps getting reaggravated so it is a big deterrent. Cleaning has been my w/o for several days.

I have been trying the acv/cheese in addition to IF from 4pm-5pm -9am

Diana, hope the wedding food was good.
Ciecie, you crack me up about the sermons in relation to your daily activities
girl great job on losing weight.
Nancy, wow that is coming fast. New beginnings are great though .

Hello everyone, I'm finally back home. Was on travel to DC and then Hong Kong.
I gained couple of pounds. Eating could be better but I walked a lot.
I plan to do a Every-other-day fasting this week.
Will be back to catch up with everyone shortly.

Hey everyone!
WI up but it is still in my range
WO nothing more than a nap today

My sister flies in tonight, so we will catch up tomorrow. Had a great gab fest with my old gym buddies yesterday after church. We spent 4.5 hours in Panera LOL. I can't remember a time I laughed so hard. Nothing like comfortable friends that get together after not talking for a few months.

This week is going to be off the charts busy. We took a load of small furniture to the donation center and another tomorrow using the truck. It was raining today or they would have gotten our dinning room table (seats 12 with leafs) and dinning room chairs.. So when it dries up they are getting the table as well as a credenza.
We are hanging onto the sofa and loveseat until the last week we are here. Gotta sit somewhere.

anyway will jump back on when I can
