Sina lol. I'd die. No 10 miles for me. Be careful out on the ice. Everywhere Is SPRING here but we are about to get a cold snap again
awesome Ciecie on the 3 miles!
Diana, I love how you inspire with me with scripture everyday
Girl, you are such an athlete!

I MADE IT TO THE 180S yesterday but bounced from 189.4 to 191 today. Waah. I will say this. I don't wear jeans often and keep some for when I do and they were so loose I almost couldn't keep them up...so my body is doing something if NOT losing weight..

I'm going to concentrate on my muscle mass and bone mass more than my weight..

I read an interesting research paper about insulin resistance and ACV and 1 oz cheese at bedtime and it seemed to actually have results. As I got into the 180s the next day.

My 2nd son is struggling with his weight right now and I am teaching him about the hormonal connection so he tried it to and his weight went down 2 days in a row even though we did it 2 days ago.. i forgot to do it last night.

Well what ever loss I had a few days ago is back... I think that loss was just a teaser???? Or I ate dinner the next day.
I still have not done a formal workout but packing and push/pulling giant tubs packed from our upper floor to the lower well I will take that as a workout. 4 tubs today. Most of the things we have left to pack are our everyday items. i.e. eating utensil, cooking vessels, towels, soap etc etc. Now our garage.......work in progress this is what we are going to concentrate on this next week.

My sister and BIL are flying in on Monday and we will meet up on Tue-Thur for mothers 89th B/D. Then the following week will be packing frenzy then.....hit the road on to new adventure.

your posts inspire me to 'behave' but I have this GIANT container of cheese puffs stairing at me saying open me open me

my limits are being tested

Good Morning, Everyone!

Steps from yesterday: 13,670

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

March 10

1 Peter 3:14
But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled.

If the example of Jesus teaches us anything, it should be that suffering is a noble and good thing when it leads to a better way. Our diets are definitely the source of suffering, but there is great blessing awaiting all who stick with them. God has promised special blessing to those who keep courage in the face of suffering and don't give in. Losing weight not only makes us look and feel better, but it draws us closer to God and His divine plan for us. Our suffering is not in vain. It is all to the glory of the Lord.

Today's thought: I will fear nothing, as long as Jesus is with me!

Good morning again! Had breakfast and did 2 miles Leslie Sansone. Canceled an appointment I had with my ophthalmologist today. The weather here is terrible. I re-scheduled it for next month. 😁☘️😷🍀
