Do you want to join me in losing 5 lbs this month? Come on, you are here at this site because you want to lose weight. You are looking for support. Well, let’s get really serious about it and do this together. March can be our transformation month to a new fit and healthier you. :
We can check in with our weight starting March 1st, weigh-in once a week let’s say Sunday, with our final weigh-in goal on Sunday, 2 April. The more who join the better support we will have. So join me and let’s have fun with this too.
Yes , YOU! 🥰

Good Morning, Everyone!

Welcome back, Everyone!

Endoscopy went very well. There's was a red area that the Dr thinks is from acid. He took a biopsy but it does not look suspicious. They will let me know. There is no barrettes esophagus, ulcer, or hiatal hernia. Praise the Lord! I have been doing better, so the changes I made have been helpful. Praise the Lord!

SinaRose I want to join the challenge, but I don't like weighing in on Sunday. I prefer to weigh in with the group so I will try it.

Steps from yesterday: 7,827

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.

March 1

Romans 5:3

And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience.

The growl of his stomach sounded like a ferocious beast. He felt light-headed and nervous. He kept telling himself that he couldn't really be hungry; it was just his imagination. The gnawing hunger would not abate. Before long he just felt like crying. As much as he wanted to lose weight, he just couldn't face the beast that growled in his midsection. In disgust, he pushed away from his desk and headed out to eat. A hard part of dieting is showing our stomach who is boss. When our stomachs rule, we lose. Turn to the Lord when weakness sets in. He will see us through.

Today's thought: I'm not letting my stomach push me around anymore!

I'd join but I dont think I will lose 5 lbs and then I will get rebellious.

I was still at 191.2 today despite the snack craze last night. I did eat very low cal and no cal food so that saved me.

I have replaced late night binge eating with late night binge singing on my favorite karaoke app. I SHOULD have done a w/0 from my 30 day challenge but I rebelled and played instead.

At work about to give quad a shower. I am FULL ON TOM but cramps are mostly under control today

I just want to weigh in when you and the group want to weigh in. Tuesday or Wednesday are good days for me. Some days I get up really early and I always show a gain on those days. I am wanting to avoid any additional frustration, LOL.

ETA: Yesterday was the first of the month and a Tuesday, our starting day. Can we just weigh in next Tuesday?

Good Morning, Everyone!

From yesterday:

First meal:
Chipotle Chicken avocado melt 940 calories
bag of chips 140 calories

Dinner:
Grilled chicken salad w/BHF's ranch 800 calories

Total Calories: 1880

No exercise for yesterday

Steps from yesterday: 5,357

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy.

March 2

Deuteronomy 31:8
And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.

Sylvia was such a support. She really did know what the other women were going through. Not so long ago, Sylvia had weighed well over two hundred pounds. If anyone had earned the right to speak, it was Sylvia. Somehow it made it easier having someone around who was both sympathetic to the struggle and had been successful. Sylvia was indeed a blessing. It does help to have others around who have been down the road we are walking. These people can be a great source of comfort and courage. Thank God that these examples exist for us to follow. The Lord will not fail us.

Today's thought: I have no fear of failure, for the Lord is with me!

Diana that is good news from the dr. but still does not diagnose what the problem is or how to treat it......but you are doing better so kudos
