Good Morning, Everyone!
Steps from yesterday: 6,846
Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy!
Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters
March 10
1 Peter 3:14
But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled.
If the example of Jesus teaches us anything, it should be that suffering is a noble and good thing when it leads to a better way. Our diets are definitely the source of suffering, but there is great blessing awaiting all who stick with them. God has promised special blessing to those who keep courage in the face of suffering and don't give in. Losing weight not only makes us look and feel better, but it draws us closer to God and His divine plan for us. Our suffering is not in vain. It is all to the glory of the Lord.
Today's thought: I will fear nothing, as long as Jesus is with me!

JenDiet: Great job! I agree its very smart to focus on the size and muscle rather than the number on the scale. I think those loose jeans are a victory! Congrats to your son as well.
SinaRose: Thank you; i enjoy working out. I wish I could say the same about dieting. I eat a lot. I admire your disciplined portion control eating habits; Great job!

Whoo hoo it's Saturday
WI nope not today
WO raking the yard/yard work 2.5 hours today....got a few hand blisters to prove it hehe.
So tonight we are having some chicken cutlets, mash/gravy and stuffing...talk about carb overload....yep doing it. And chow down while watching a movie from amazon prime.
I have limited utensils right now in the house, a lot of things packed up but this will be great practice for cooking while on the road. Have to make due with what I have.
We have a home inspector coming next friday then meet with the realtor the following monday. Our target leave date is April 3rd a Monday. Might as well start the week out right! It's geting to feel pretty real now.
xx

HI Everyone!
The wedding was today. We all survived and it turned out really nice. I'm glad it's all over with. Hopefully things can get back to somewhat normal, whatever that is, LOL. Needless to say, no workout for me. I was on my feet and running around all day.
I ate some food at the reception but it was in moderation.
Have a Blessed evening!

March 12
2 Chronicles 15:2
'. . .The Lord is with you, while ye be with him; and if ye seek him, he will be found of you; but if ye forsake him, he will forsake you.'
In this day and age, promises are made easily and just as easily broken. We promise ourselves that we are going to lose weight, then we turn around and cheat at every possible chance. For this reason, we ought to include God in our diets. Whereas we might break promises that we make to ourselves, we stand a much better chance of keeping the promises we make to God. When we break promises to ourselves, we have no one to answer to, but when we break our promises to God, He expects us to explain. Promising God that we will lose weight makes dieting much easier.
Today's thought: I will lose weight for God's sake!

Good night all! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone before I left for church this morning. Power walked to and home from church this morning, Ran errands on the way home. Father Dave’s homily was long today so I didn’t power walk to lunch. Had lunch when I got home. Got caught up on my laundry this afternoon. Did another 2 miles Leslie Sansone this afternoon. Power walked to church for the communal penance service. Power walked to supper after church. Power walked and ran errands on the way home. My fitness goals for today have been attained. 😁☘️😷🍀
