Ugh still making progress slowly. Not exercising. I am keeping my fasting schedule but have added the cheese and acv as an experiment.

Girl, I was delivered instantly at a pentecostal church altar from cigarettes. I didnt know you could be delivered when it happened though. However the Holy Spirit gave me an incredible distaste for the smell and impressed upon me that if it smelled bad to me, what did it smell like to Him?

Think about having a treasured honored guest invited to a stinky house? His Word says He likes pleasing aromas. Our body is His House.

I'm still here. I am going to try to do better with my exercising but its hard!

Hello everyone!
Not weighing in for the next few days. Just not feeling the need this week so going to roll with it.
WO just normal moving around while we address the home inspection stuff The list is getting shorter, however when we put the home on the market if a buyer has their own inspection and come up with other things we need to decide if we are moving forward with it or not.

Anyway just wanted to check in so waving at everyone....keep up the logging and checking in!

Good Morning, Everyone!

Ciecie Yay for nicer weather!

March 22

Isaiah 54:10
'For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed,' saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.

There are times when we feel God has left us to struggle on our own. No matter how we pray, how we plead, it seems no help will come to us. The temptations mount, and our strength and will-power get weaker and weaker. This is where faith comes in. In those times we feel God is absent from us, we must believe that He is still there. God will never leave us, no matter how we may feel. He stays constant for His children. Nothing can move God from our hearts, and we need to know that. God will give us strength in time of need. He will not abandon us, ever.

Today's thought: I may lose weight, but I can't lose God.

Good Morning, Everyone!

I have a lot going on today. I have my yearly mammogram and first bone density test.

Steps from yesterday: 6,297

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

March 23

Psalm 25:12
What man is he that feareth the Lord? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.

A group at the church decided to help one another lose weight. A friend of one of the members joined the weight-loss group, even though he wasn't a Christian. After four or five sessions, the young man left the group, saying, 'I thought we would help each other not eat. I didn't know you planned to pray and study the Bible. That junk won't help anyone.' As it turned out, the group was quite successful. The young man failed because he wouldn't entertain the idea that God could be any help. Those who believed in God trusted in Him, and they were rewarded.

Today's thought: God is my secret weapon for success!

Still hanging in there. Eating a bit more food to help me keep warm. My limb’s were just too cold for me, and all I was doing was sitting by the fire all the time. Ate a bit more food and what a difference it made. Now I just need to be careful and not eat too much. 😊

Thursday
w/o: 10 mile run
weight: 106.4 lbs

I am 2 lbs above the range I'm most comfortable at, 102lbs to 105lbs. I keep bouncing between 104 lbs to 107 lbs, due to overeating. "You always have a choice."
