Good Morning, Everyone!

Steps from yesterday: 12,017

Have a Blessed day and stay safe and healthy!

Copied from Crosswalk Devotions for Dieters

March 29

Hebrews 13:6
So that we may boldly say, 'The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.'

In a prison camp, the people were starved for long periods of time. One man seemed unaffected by the treatment he received. While others complained about how hungry they were, this one man stood by silently. Finally, he was asked why he seemed to be doing so well while the others all suffered so. He replied, 'I will not let my captors get the better of me. No matter what they do, they will not wear me down. I am the Lord's, and no one else has any power over my life. Men may take away my food, but only God can truly sustain me.'

Today's thought: The need for bread is all in the head!

Hey all. Still no exercise to speak of. Hoping I will stop being rebellious towards my own fitness goals.

Still on TOM. I *ALMOST* worked out last night. My legs are getting squishy so I BETTER do something.

Sina I do better with night workouts too but im a night owl? I hate the elliptical though.

Ciecie and girl as always you blow me away

Since i hate all forms of exercise except dance...maybe i should just dance for a little every day and see how it makes me feelers. I love dancing to worship...my mood is so poor lately too.

Anyways, keep going loves.

Thank you Diana for keeping this going and letting me jump back in.

Goal 15 min dance today after work.
Goal #2 body measurements
goal #3 no eating after 6pm.

Ok I decided to check my watch for data. Mind you some days it was dead a whole day.

But it says I got 23,633 steps so far for this week and 9.82 miles. (I walk fast).

It says I've got 95,258 steps for the month so far and 39.62 miles of walking logged.

Good afternoon! Jendiet, thanks! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone this morning. Took the bus to a nearby community to power walk and run errands there. Had lunch when I got home. Will go for another power walk and run errands later on this afternoon. 😁🐰😷🐇

Tuesday
w/o: 10 mile run
weight: No Weigh In

Wednesday
w/o: 5 mile walk (easy)
weight: 104.7 lbs

I'm noticing a pattern....Exact same as my Saturday/Sunday. lol
On another note, I think I may try transitioning to less running and more walking. I think as I get older it will be better for my joints.

1 Peter 3:13
And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good?

Watch out! There are a lot of people who would take advantage of us, just because we are vulnerable. When we decide to lose weight, we find ourselves weak and looking for easy answers. Unscrupulous doctors, slick marketing gimmicks, and shyster con artists make promises and products purely for profit. They feed on poor people who want nothing more than the easiest way to take off pounds. Thank goodness we have a source of strength to resist such come-ons. God will protect us from running off after gimmicks and tricks. He is the true answer and the only way to succeed in everything we do.

Today's thought: No human plan or gimmick comes close to God's plan!
