I am up .8 from my last weigh in. Not good.

Will the diet ever end? That question gets asked an awful lot. What starts out as a good idea soon becomes torture. Giving up seems to be such a good idea. It's at those times that we need the most strength. We need something to pull us through the really tough times. The love of God is just what we need. God will give us strength and courage and will help us fight off the temptation to quit. Call upon the Lord, and He will uphold you, He will strengthen you, He will stay with you, no matter how tough the diet gets.
Today's thought: If I can make it through the tough times, I can make it through anything!

Good afternoon! Went for a brief power walk and ran errands this morning. Had lunch. Will do 2 miles Leslie Sansone in a few minutes. 😁🍀😷☘️

up 2.0 lbs since last tue......poor choices yesterday
Diana my sister and all three of my daughters live in OH & AR so we plan somewhere in between
close enough to drive (day or 1 overnight) but not so close to 'drop' in whenever hehe

FOOD: doing well during the day until evening snacks.
My Alzheimer's mom went out missing last night for couple of hours until I got a call from the police. After we picked her up, I binged due to stress.

Yangtzer Yes, I went there today. It's been hit or miss because of everything I have had going on. Did you share about your favorite food in Hong Kong? I'm sorry about your Mom but glad everything is OK.
Nancy That would be nice to move closer to your family.

David had never been able to stick to a diet. He had tried a number of times, but nothing seemed to help him lose weight. Then he met Jennifer. She was cute, and friendly, and thin. David was suddenly more ashamed of the way he looked than he had ever been before. He began a new diet, and this one worked. David's whole personality changed. He gained a new confidence and strength of will. What we struggle with at one point becomes easy when we receive the right incentive. With God as our incentive, we can do wonders. Without God, we are helpless. With God, we can do all things.

Good afternoon! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone this morning. Took the bus to a nearby community to power walk and run errands there. Had lunch when I got home. Will go for another power walk and run errands in a few minutes. 😁🍀😷☘️

Hope everyone is doing great!
Diana: Is there some solution for your health problem? ...I hope so...
Jen: Sounds like you are having some successes losing wt. Yeah!  (I have not posted in a while...)
I am kind of idling. I am still working out...swimming and biking and wts. I am meaning to do more weight bearing stuff. I am doing a lot of indoor gardening. I wish that I had some green houses and more grow lights... We had snow here yesterday. I prefer when we have winter in January rather than March or April.
Diet could be better, but it could be a lot worse. I have been eating kale lately. And hard cheeses...not the pre-grated kind....

I'm disappointed at the weight. I ran out of tryptophan and feel like I am out of balance. I ordered some more; to be delivered Friday.
