On another note, I think I may try transitioning to less running and more walking. I think as I get older it will be better for my joints.
As you get older, your body wear’s down more easily. I wore down the cartilage in my knee from too much running. I use to run 5-12 miles a day. I did that for quite a while. I loved running, but I had to give it up. I still walk a lot, but I still have to be careful to not overdo it once my knees starts to hurt. If I had to do it over again, I would probably just do my long runs once a week. That way I could still walk later in life with less/ no pain.

Good morning! Did a total of four miles Leslie Sansone yesterday. Went for two power walks and ran errands yesterday. Watched the L & O shows. I recorded So Help Me Todd and watched it after L & O: Organized Crime was done. Will be shutting down in a few minutes to go to bed. 😁🐇😷🐰

Good Morning, Everyone!

I had a busy day yesterday and didn't post last night. I had a follow up with the urologist and everything was clear. I'm very happy about that Praise the Lord!

I will post the new check-in's later tonight. Another busy day over here.
