Good evening! Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone this morning. Power walked home from lunch today. Got a ride down to the restaurant. Also ran errands on the way home. 😁🐰😷🐇

I am going through a transition and I historically don't deal easily with change. I think the stress has been an excuse to smoke (yet again, a second time). Consequently, I am having stomach issues. I threw them away and prayed with a Christian sister to treat my temple with love. I want my spirit to have a healthy home to reside in.

Good night! Forgot that I power walked to church this morning. Also power walked and ran errands before supper tonight. My fitness goals for today have been attained. Will be going to my volunteer job tomorrow morning. 😁🐇😷🐰

Girl81-hang in there! Don’t fall back into the smoking habit. You can fight that anxiety in other ways. Do you play racquetball or tennis? They may help you.

I was the only one who had succeeded in losing a considerable amount of weight. Everyone looked expectantly toward me when my time came. I smiled shyly and said, 'The only thing that I did differently from any of you was to pray. I didn't trust any of the diet plans I saw, so I turned to God, instead. You all can try what you want to, but as for me, I'm going to keep putting my faith in God. He's why I'm thin now.'
