I can't take credit for the bird feeder design, I found it on the internet and decided to build a couple. Squirrels don't seem to reach in and they cannot get their heads in but birds can go in and out with ease. I suspect chipmunks would be able to get in but down here in Florida we don't have any chipmunks.

Good morning to all!
WI up again this am 160.8, it has to be sodium since everything else falls inline. So note to self, leave the popcorn alone!
WO today was ab work, not my favorite but it is important to work your core and lower back, especially if you sit during the day in front of a computer

Larry that bird feeder is awesome thank you for sharing
Diana, congratulations to you and DH on the big 32!, I have 25 coming up in April so I feel so lucky
Rachel you assessment of us in this group is spot on! This is one of the main reason I like coming here, we are all as open as we are comfortable with, no one judges you for your comments or lifestyle
Usc, you can still do strength exercises but do them without weights? I know there have been times when I have had to back off and just doing the movement kept me flexible without the strain of the extra weight
Teri your commitment to your garden is just inspiring

Woke up at 3:50 am to join in on virtual training with the India team at 5 am. Drank way too much coffee and got a bad headache. At 10:30 am I did 50 min cardio-resistance trading on a Body Project YouTube video. Exhausted and took a quick before finishing the day.

Default Good morning

USC4valpo, interesting about that training so early in the morning.

Nancy, I admire you for your "core" workout. I'm weak in that area; my abs and lower back could greatly benefit from more attention to them.

Not one of my better days yesterday. I did not stay on my plan. Did not count calories; I'm going to call it around 2500, maybe that's too much of an estimate, but that's what I'll mark down. I was lazy; didn't get my other stuff accomplished either as far as my plan. NEW DAY!

Today's Plan: 1300-1500 calories, 2 liters water, cut up veggies for salad, calcium, vit/min supp., situps, try the treadmill (see what hip tolerates).

November 20

1 Thessalonians 5:16
Rejoice evermore.

Fran remembered a time not long ago when she had nothing to smile about. She used to watch other women walk along, and bitter jealousy tore her up inside. She would fly into fits of rage and crying. She hated the way she looked, and she hated other women for looking so good. Her disposition was lousy, and her heart was broken. One Sunday she went to church, and while sitting there, she realized she was at peace. She closed her eyes and prayed, and she felt a voice tell her to change, to do something about her appearance. The impression was so strong that she went home immediately to plan a diet. From that time forward, she never wavered, and now she looked back in amazement. Seventy-five pounds lost, and joy filled the void they left.

Today's thought: Happiness increases as my weight problem ceases!

Good morning to all
WI down 159.0, So I did not eat any popcorn last night or anything with high sodium and that seemed to help
WO...shout out to Usc. I have always been so focused on Fitness Blender I have not tried any others until this morning. I did the Team Body Project, I did the 1 hour total body resistance. I love that their are low/high impact modifications. It felt great! Kicked my hinny but in a good way.

today I am going to finish a painting I hope. I am doing something different and not the usual mandala painting. So I am excited to see how it will turn out. When I am done I will try and upload it to my profile here.

Rachel, my core and low back are weak and I know I need to do more but sheesh I can't tell you how much I don't like doing them. But my back thanks me

back later chicks

Good Evening..

Larry: That is so great, you making a squirrel proof feeder. Those squirrels, they have an uncanny ability to find their way in a feeder. Kudos to anyone that can build a feeder that is truly squirrel-proof.

I walked this afternoon. I did not walk the past 2 days. I also dug up a few more creeping bellflower. Diet not-so-great: frappe, muffins, fried chicken, half slice of pizza. Where's the veggies...
