Our family enjoyed a great sushi dinner at home for my wife’s birthday. I am trying really hard to get out of my funk. We have our 2 Christmas trees set up and all the decorations. I need to find a way to find happiness in this world despite my job struggles

Good morning
Nancy, your artwork is stunning!!!! Really vivid colors!! I'm impressed. So detailed. The black backgrounds really bring out the colors. I'd say you are very talented .
Usc4valpo, I really feel for you with your job frustrations. I will pray. Keep us in the loop. My husband has/is going through new management at his place of work.....really been a struggle.
I met my goals for yesterday. Took in 1060 calories. Not that hungry yesterday for some reason.
Today's goals: 1200-1500 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, calcium, vit/min supp, leg curls and arm curls for weights, maybe recumbent bike, if hip can tolerate.

November 22
Psalm 147:1, 3
Praise ye the Lord: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely. He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
It was more than a diet. For Gary, it was his sanity. He had been obsessed by his weight. He had lived the past three years in a deep and terrible depression. When he was at his lowest, God broke through to him. God turned Gary's life around. He finally began losing weight, and his state of mind improved dramatically. The light of God tore through his darkness with a beautiful healing warmth. Gary was healed of his physical affliction as well as the demon of depression that haunted him. God truly has the power to heal His children. No matter what the problem might be, take it to the Lord.
Today's thought: My diet affects more than just my body; it affects my heart and mind, as well!

Good morning to all!
WI up 159.6, ate some popcorn and knew that would happen
WO hope to get a good hike in today
Rachel thank you for the comments on my painting. I do it because it relaxes me. I added a few more this morning, I am afraid I am running out of wall space in my home office. right now I am working on the mirror image of the giraffe. Your calorie count was low yesterday but I have days like that too where I am not really hungry then other days there is not enough food to satisfy me.
Usc, work trouble is the worst! but wow you have two Christmas trees up? just woza. I don't have a single decoration up LOL
Diana thank you for viewing my painting. I hope to have the mirror image of the giraffe done in the next week, when I do I will upload a picture of them side by side. I need to find a place to put them all Right now I have 17 completed and up in my home office or my hallway LOL
ciecie, active as always. I am going to have to find a way to watch the hallmark movies for free on my computer. We don't have a TV or cable
Larry you are really committed to eating low carb...that's awesome
