Good morning
Larry, interesting on that squirrel feeder. Is it supposed to double as a nesting box also?
Nancy, awesome on your total resistance workout. I'm completely impressed that you can do that for an hour!
Whereare Jen & Princessroja these days? Hope all is well? I always miss those who stop posting .
Yesterday was pretty good as far as meeting my goals: I took in 1250 calories, met my other goals, except I tried doing the recumbent bike, instead of trying the treadmill. Unfortunately, I could only do it a few minutes as it did irritate my hip. Rats! But a little bit is better than nothing is my motto.
Today's plan: 1300-1500 calories, 2 liters water, veggies, fiber, calcium, vit/min supp, situps, recumbent bike, leg press and chest press for weights.

Lamentations 3:55-56
I called upon they name, O Lord, out of the low dungeon. Thou hast heard my voice: hide not thine ear at my breathing, at my cry.
The dream was so real. Lew was standing in front of an old house where he could hear a witch cackling in the distance. He knew she was after him, but there was no place to hide. She flew around the corner of the house and touched his arm. At once he began to gain weight. Pound by pound mounted up, until he was a blob of flesh. He couldn't move, and the weight just kept coming. He became a prisoner within a mountainous body. He cried for help, and the clouds parted. A shaft of light came down, and the flesh began to melt. A gentle breeze blew, and Lew knew everything would be all right. When morning came, Lew vowed to lose the pounds he'd unnecessarily put on lately.
Today's thought: From my fleshy prison, I have arisen!

Not designed as a nesting box. more as fun gymnastic contortions that the squirrel has to perform to reach the food.

I am trying to cheer up after a bad day of work. This reorg has been very difficult and has gotten me pretty low.

Hope you get over the low quickly. Happiness is a decision you can make regardless of circumstances.
I am on five acres with lots of live oak trees and the resulting acorns. Needless to say squirrels are everywhere.
No chipmunks though. We moved here from Western New York where chipmunks are abundant. Kind of miss them.

Good day to all!
WI same as yesterday 159.0,
WO none today but I want to take an assessment test later for a baseline and then re-evaluate in 45 days (the first of the year)
I have been doing some turkey day planning. I always host this dinner but this year we are taking it all to my mothers home so this means I won't have access to all my normal spices, pot, pans etcetera. So it will only be 4 of us so nothing fancy but I need to keep it low points. So far I have found hacks for most everything I love to eat including the stuffing. I have even found a hack for 0-1 point french onion dip. The only thing that won't work is the mashed potatoes. DH will never go for cauliflower mix. That is ok. My brother does not cook anything well, so job has always been to bring a snack type of food. He does not want to bring a veggie tray and is opting for chips. I can work around that with french onion dip and baby carrots/cucumber. I will have the crunch and salt that I crave
back later chicks

Good afternoon again! Nancy, will check your album out later. Will be heading uptown in a few minutes to get a power strip/surge protector at the hardware store. Forgot to get one earlier. 😁❤️
