Luke 15:10
'Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.'
Paul fumbled with his keys outside his apartment. When he tried the lock, the door swung inward. Cautiously, he entered. As he switched on the light a dozen of his friends and neighbors jumped out, shouting, 'Surprise!' They had come out to offer a congratulations party for the sixty pounds Paul had been able to lose. It was such a wonderful moment. Paul had felt joyful about what he had done for some time, but it was something special to have friends celebrate with him. God had blessed Paul so much. Not only had He helped him when he dieted, but He gave him such good friends.
Today's thought: To gain means starvation; to lose, jubilation!

Good morning to all!
WI yes I did it still not crazy but better than 4 days ago 160.0
WO today was ab's and HIIT yuk but I did it
The new job is going well, so much much much more to learn, this industry is heavy regulated! who knew? Not me!
There are only a few barriers I need to work out that are not on the great side. 1. this is two very old buildings with marble interior, so it sucks all the heat from you. I do have a heater in my small office which helps a great deal. 2. They do not have hot running water to wash your hands. Not horrible but still...so this also means there is no heat in the bathrooms. Still doable. There is no formal place to eat and I have to take an hour lunch break..I live to far to drive home and back so I have found a seldom used room to eat in...however there is no table, last few days I have been using a flat plant stand as a type of table but they said I could bring in a folding tray table to use. I don't like getting home at almost 6pm then have to start dinner but I can work on that. Those are the only negatives so far. The positives out way the neg.
I hope Rachel is doing ok....DH quarantine should be done soon?
Diana I don't think there is anything at Arby's that is not loaded with sodium so well done!
Usc, yes please be mindful of your back but it looks like you are holding the course!
ciecie, isn't your area due to start getting cold?
terri thinking of you and the kitty's and those poor plants getting so cold
hello to all that I missed

Good morning again! My area had its first cold snap the past few days. It’s started to warm up. Just got home from power walking and running errands. I was surprised to see the grocery store I went to still had newspapers when I went in there. I bought the usual two I buy. 😁❤️

Good Morning!
Hey Nancy: Glad to hear you are adapting. One nice thing about starting a new job, it may be easy to start a healthier eating habit../ I put my less hardy plants in the garage. I really need to get in there and remove the brown leaves. I also need to move some of my other plants under the eaves. If I get motivated, I will repot some plants into bigger pots. I am really being a slug.
Welcome fatboy and shrinkingme.
I fell asleep during the election returns. It sounds like it was a slow night, and I would have felt anxious about it. I have sure learned a lot about government the past 5 years...

Matthew 5:11
'Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.'
Ken could hardly wait to get back to school. Peter had ridden him about his weight the entire year before. When Ken had vowed to lose weight over the summer, Pete had laughed at him. 'Fat boy, you can't keep away from food. You'll be back, big as a beach ball. Don't kid yourself!' Ken could hardly wait to make Pete eat those words. He had spent the entire summer as a Christian youth counselor at camp. The people there were so supportive of what he was trying to do. They had made it possible. Not only had they helped him lose weight, but they helped him show Peter just how wrong he could be!

Mark 10:49-50
And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called. And they call the blind man, saying unto him, 'Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.' And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.
Kate was so thankful. God had truly blessed her. She had been on the verge of collapse, and the doctor told her that her weight had to go. Reluctantly, she had started to diet, not expecting any great results. She prayed for God to help her, because she felt so weak. When the doctor gave he a clean bill of health, she closed her eyes and prayed. God is God of the impossible. When we say 'can't,' He says 'can.' Faith is believing that God can, and will, help us when we are in need. God cares for His children, and for that we should be eternally grateful.
Today's thought: I'd rather be grateful than have another plateful!

WO skipped today just feeling tired, maybe the stress of the new job. It is not hard just a lot of moving parts to remember. I think in a week or so it will be second nature
I don't really have any earthshattering news to share this am LOL so I will skip off to work and catch up later
Make it a great day with no regrets!
