1 pound is better than none. If you were at a Plateau you would be longing to get at least 1 pound a week.
But try to keep something in mind. It takes about 2 days for you to see on the scales the results of cheating.

Believe me I know. Its not worth it.

If you are craving something sweet Go to sonics and get a diet slush. Whatever it is that you enjoy, like Ice cream, MAKE IT DIET. Low fat ice cream. Its better than benging on something that you are going to hate yourself for later.

And you know you will hate yourself later if you gain because of a momentary weakness.

I work out with them and it feels really good. I'd like to get a Exercise DVD that included Bands. I just don't do them enough. As for the Pizza?

Actually, my hope is that MAYBE it shocked your body and you may start seeing your scale drop. It really does happen. But you are not allowed to do it again.
Okay I did good today I think. No time for B/F but I had a Baked Potato w/cheese and butter for lunch.(everything low fat) For dinner I Slow cooked a roast with Veg so I had that and then for dessert I had WW strawberry shortcake. If my scales don't drop then I will go back to B/F and lose the Potato.
