How exciting about the pants!!
I did good this weekend and my scales reflect that!
Of course I would have preferred they drop but at least I didn't gain!
I ate out twice this weekend but both times I had grilled chicken salad.
I drank plenty of water. But I noticed when I drink the diet pepsi I don't crave as much as normal. Like last night I was having a hard time just wanting to munch.
I wasn't hungry I just wanted something sweet.
I kept battling that and then realized I hadn't drank that much diet pepsi that day.
So I drank one and I was better.
There must be something in it that helps. Water doesn't do that for me. Water will fill me so I'm not hungry but it doesn't curb by sweet tooth and most times its not that i'm hungry I'm just wanting to munch on something sweet.
I'll post my meals for today tonight.
