I'm alive!!! I'm here...AF is gone...wooohooo!!! And I put on some jeans today that I used to wear when I worked at Cavenders more than 5 years ago! Boy did that feel great! Been a VERY VERY busy week with work. I put in 55 hours in the last 4 days...hopefully I'll be able to be around a little more coming up. I've got an article I have to write this week for my website, but after that I'll be all set. Looks like everyone's doing well.. have a great Sunday and a good week!

Tigger is good to see you are still with us.
How exciting about the pants!!

I did good this weekend and my scales reflect that! Of course I would have preferred they drop but at least I didn't gain!

I ate out twice this weekend but both times I had grilled chicken salad. I drank plenty of water. But I noticed when I drink the diet pepsi I don't crave as much as normal. Like last night I was having a hard time just wanting to munch. I wasn't hungry I just wanted something sweet. I kept battling that and then realized I hadn't drank that much diet pepsi that day. So I drank one and I was better. There must be something in it that helps. Water doesn't do that for me. Water will fill me so I'm not hungry but it doesn't curb by sweet tooth and most times its not that i'm hungry I'm just wanting to munch on something sweet.

I'll post my meals for today tonight.

Hi everyone,
Very bad news. A close friend of mine's daughter has died in a horrible car accident she was only 25. My friend has asked that I come be with her so I'm leaving for Ga today and my family will come later and i'm not sure when i'll be back this week. So keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

Stay true to your weight loss and i will too.

I can't wait to here about everyone when I get back so continue to write in!

Hi,
I'm at a hotel and thought i'd run down here and write few lines. We are all doing fine. We had about 500 people that showed up for the viewing. It was so sweet to see all the friends. As it turned out Chris Leigh was on her way to p/u a friend and take her to work with her. Chris was tex mess. her to let her know she was coming and ran the stop sign. She never saw it. A log truck hit her on the side of the car. It killed her instantly. They did a wonderful job preparing her. She looked beautiful

Tomorrow is the funeral so continue to keep the family in your prayers

I'm watching my food intake.

Kiwi- at a moment like this weight doesn't really seem that important your friend and her family as well as yours are in my prayers life is a beautiful thing and we all need to be thankfull for what we have everyday. I'm very happy sure that you are watching your food intake

As for me no changes ladies I don't know what I'm doing wrong I'm working out 6 days a week 2hrs a day

Can ask you guys a question I am being visited by my Aunt Flow do you think that it could be a reason for no weight reduction and feeling so bloated???
