I didn't weigh in today because I just started yesterday. Okay... okay... I did weigh in, and I went up 2 pounds. I'm not sure what happened, but I'm not changing my starting weight. Hopefully it's just water
It's been incredibly busy at work today so I've barely had time to eat. I suppose that's a good thing, but I'm starved now so I need to eat a good dinner so I don't snack all night. I have been drinking my water today, but not as good as yesterday. I've probably had around 60 ounces. I think that's okay, but I want to drink more.

Jamie - 7 pounds is so wonderful. No matter how they're coming off... they're still coming off.
Mandy - 1 pound in 2 days is great. My goal is to lose 1 to 1.5 a week... so you're making it sound easy

Neverland - Like Brit said, everyone messes up. Just start again right now... not tomorrow... but now. We all eat too much at times, but we have to stop listening to the voices telling us to eat it

You can enjoy the party, just have little portions. Have a good rest of the day... you can do it... don't give up
