scalewatcher, I used to compain that if I ate breakfast I was hungry all day long but actually, when I eat breakfast I think it boost my metab.

and I have more energy. Besides your name says "
want2behealthy" so eating breakfast is healthy so you have to do it.

Also, I agree with
Momtu2, you need more calories. I think for your current weight yu should be eating 1400 calories. If you eat less, your body thinks its starving and will start hanging on to the fat.

. I thought of something else last night about your husband. Men's metab. is so different than women. They can put it on but it seems easier for them to get it off. So we can't get away with what they seem too.
Well, i weighed this morning and was VERY excited about the scales!

I'm not changing anything until Friday because I know how scales go up and down. As a matter of fact, I was soooo excited that they dropped that much. I wouldn't get back on to see if it was correct!!
