Wendy 1 -1.5 pounds is a great weekly goal. If I can lose consistently that amount each week I will be very happy.

But I think I can push myself alittle harder for 2-3 pounds weekly for alittle while.

Weight tends to come off quicker in the beginning and harder as you reach your goal. I would reaaaaaally love to be down a dress/pants size by my birthday!
Tracy I love this WW food. I had strawberry shortcake and loved it.

Then I had WW english egg muffin. Wow. If I can find the book I may have to switch over. Until then I will have to continue "Deal a meal" with RB. Its okay
it is just time consuming converting things over so i know how many cards to move.
