Melissa you're gorgeous! After you lose the weight, you'll be smokin' girl! I just called my niece and asked her to email the pictures my brother took of me two months ago. At the time, I really hated that he took them. Now I'm glad.

Hey everyone. I'll be leaving here pretty soon, so there will be news from the doctor eventually.

Thanks so much for your support, and I will look into a different diet. I am hungry so maybe I will start with a WW meal and take it from there. I am pretty good at counting calories if I have to, it is sugar that gets me. I need to get a grip.Maybe since I have avoided it up to this time I will have a bit more self control. I appreciate having some more livable ideas tossed my way. I don't think I will be sprinkling splenda on a stick of butter though... YOWSA!!!

Just be aware, when I switch, my loss will not be nearly what it was this time.

Aqua, you should check out lowcarbing. I'm not a big fan of it myself but Danielle does so amazingly well on it. She knows how to do it right. I tried it awhile back and sugar cravings were gone in a couple of days, and things like a cucumber were so sweet to me. Might be something to think about. HOpe the doc appt goes well!

Danielle...I can see you finally wrapping your head around success!! You know what you have to do, and its scary at first but you can do it! You know what is right for your body! And everyone else in your family will be that much better off eating that way too. Now if I could just get Taylor off her Oreo facination! She told me the otherday she would die without oreos...lol...should be I concerned LOL!

Aqua, definitely look into another plan! If you crave sugar that a lower carb option might be best for you. There is nothing worse than craving something and never feeling satisfied. LC takes that all away and you will feel amazing. Don't be afraid of that word (low carb), it's gotten a bad rap from people who have no idea about the science behind it. Read up on it, educate yourself to find something that you will be able to live with and stay healthy. WW Core plan I hear is fabulous too! Whatever you decide we're behind you and just want you to be healthy and feeling good.

Amanda, yes Melissa is gorgeous isn't she? Lemme tell ya, in real life it's even better, picture doesnt do her justice! Just wait til you guys get to see her slimmed down...YOWZA!! Can't wait to see your pictures! Dh will take some of me this afternoon, begrudgingly on my part I admit. But hey, gotta start somewhere, right????

I just know that I have to do this now, I'm not getting any younger and I am determined not to go into my 40's fat. No way no how! I am with Taylor, Oreos are my absolute fave store bought cookie! What's a world without some oreos and a glass of milk! They remind me of my grandpa, he used to have them with me whenever we visited when I was little.

Amanda. I know about a little older cars. and thanks for the congrats . I drive a 96 and a 88 and he drives a 94 and now a 05. though my motorcycle takes the cake at a 73. heehee no i don't ride .

Half way to my goal of water todaythough I still have to work tonight so I will let you know what my total is in the morning. I am trying to find a full body pick of me and am thinking i will ave to have SO take one.

oh and bad news looks like they didn't reduce the car amnount like we talked about last night and charged us an extra 3,000. nice huh so he has to go down today and either have them fix it or we are returning the car and then we will start the search all over again. ugh we have been doing this for 3 months now. psst i liked the last 12

I went to the doctor and I got a little bit of answers, but I have to go see him again on Monday morning. We figured out that my blood pressure is high again, and my pulse is racing again. I'm going to have to let go of the liquid diet, it is not safe for me. I'm going to do WW I think. I need to look into it some more, but I am pretty sure that is the route I'm taking.

Thanks ladies for being here for me and trying to help me start on something else. I appreciate it.
