Hello Ma'Ladies! I hope everyone is well. Gosh I'm tired today. I wish I could just crawl under my desk and go to sleep. I think I may turn in early tonight.
Melissa - Boy do I understand those "eat all day" things. It's weird, isn't it? It's like you can never just feel satisfied. Could be TOM on the way, a spike in insulin due to eating something that you didn't know had sugar in it, dehydration... Who knows? Weird how we spend our entire lives with our bodies and yet don't fully understand them.
I'm sorry to hear of your back and leg pain. I'm not familiar with that problem, but I certainly hope a doctor or someone can help you get some relief. And you exercised anyway? Wow. That's dedication. You're doing an excellent job.
Elycia - I've never been selected for jury duty. There was this one case that I really, really wanted to be on about 14 years ago. It was a civil case. This woman has slipped on some oil at a gas station and sprained her arm. So she was suing for pain and suffering. The owner of the gas station had already paid her medical bills and her missed wages.
She had on mismatched clothing with holes in them and her hair just looked awful. Meanwhile her daughter and husband were both immaculately dressed. I wanted to get on that jury just to deny her claim! I'm not saying the woman didn't suffer. I just hate when people try to be manipulative. I guess we were we to believe that she'd lost the the will to comb her hair and get dressed.
Bonnie - I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I've heard that migraines can be awful. I hope that as you become healthier that stress won't cause those for you anymore.
BTW, your exercise habits are awesome. I love the way you just keep going at it. I really admire you for that.
Aqua - Hi Chicky!

You seem to be feeling a lot better. I'm glad! I've heard wonderful things about WW. I'm sure you'll have a lot of success with it.
It was the funniest thing pulling out my old clothes yesterday. I noticed that the smaller the sizes were, the more clothes I had. I really, really hate buying huge clothing. Somewhere around size 16 my clothing iventory dropped considerably. I'm sure that's why every generation or so, the clothing manufacturers stick smaller labels on larger clothes. For instance, a size 14 today was like a 16 twenty years ago. I notice that a lot in plus sized clothing too. A 16w is like an 18 regular. Every now and then someone will talk about how Marilyn Monroe was a size 14. But what you rarely hear is that a 14 was a heck of a lot smaller back then!
Danielle - I'm sorry you've been feeling so yucky. Wow.... Over all we haven't been very healthy on this thread lately. Could it be our bodies adjusting to the new eating habits? Change in weather perhaps? Whatever it is, I just hope you feel better soon. Sometimes, though, you just need your rest. There's no way around it. I hope today is a better day for you.
I'll try to check in again before I leave work. Posting tonight is not looking too promising. My husband is going to me some shadow boxing moves to help me tone my arms and waist. After that I have do my pilates because I missed it this morning. I did do the WATP 3 Mile though!! It was so weird because I didn't feel like doing it. In fact I thought I'd put in the 2 Mile. When I saw it was the 3 Mile, I figured it was meant to be. A similar thing happened when I thought I'd put in a Donna Richardson tape and it ended up being Tae Bo. Tae Bo had been
the last thing I felt like doing too
