WOOOHOOO Amanda you are just shrinking away!!!! I'm so excited for you!! Keep up the good work!

Danielle...where are you!???

Well I'm happy to report this evening that I went for that walk. I'm in agony now but it was worth it. Not sure if I told you guys but I've had leg pain for almost a year now, at first I thought it was a pulled hamstring but now I'm convinced it is Sciatica. I can really feel it in my low low back now too so I'm sure thats what it is. Everything I've read says it goes away eventually but I'm still waiting!! Gonna have to breakdown and try acupuncture or chiropractor. Oh that should be fun with my big butt!!

I definetly got my water goal today too!! Well over 100 oz today! I hope this doesnt mean I'll be up all night for potty breaks! LOL! A price to pay I suppose!

Now could someone fill my bottomless pit!!! PLEASE!!

Have a lovely evening everyone! I'll see you in the morning!

Sorry about that sciatica nerve Melissa. I hear that those are very painful. So glad that you got your walk in and your water. You are doing Awesome!

I am off to Jury selection. I don't know why I am always called for jury selection. I am hoping that they don't select me. I really don't have anyone to watch the girls and it is really inconvenient. It couldn't have happened at a worse time.

Well, I gotta go. I did great yesterday. I didn't eat after 7 and I got my water. Yay!

Ciao!

Good Morning Friends!

I hope everyone will be well today. Sounds like a lot of chickees are doing really good!! I love hearing about smaller pant sizes on the horizon. It inspires me so much. I do the same thing! I have some of my old pants from my original size. I have them where I can see them too. Sometimes I'm kinda when I see them, but I remain hopeful.

I'm psyched about WW. I am just doing it at home, I don't belong to the actual WW, but I can do this on my own- and my support system is here so I'm good. Thanks for keeping me pumped ladies! I'm feeling allright today, and ready to treadmill!!!

Good morning ladies! Sorry to be mia yesterday. I just wasn't feeling good at all. Very headachey, sleepy, and absolutely no energy. I was sound asleep last night by 10pm! I can't tell you the last time I was asleep that early. What's sad is I took 2 naps too during the day. Don't know what's up, I feel like I feel better this morning, but then again I did yesterday at this time too. Crossing my fingers I do, I really want to get a workout in this morning. Thanks to those who sent well wishes to my sister about her pregnancy. She is the best mom. Nobody deserves lots of babies more than her, she's amazing with kids. She is under close supervision by dr's so to make sure she sees this pregnancy to full term. Thanks again guys, it means a lot.

I was excited to hear Aqua that there is nothing wrong per se, just keep working on that BP chicky! How's the WW working out for ya?

Amanda, you are shrinking! Great job on the loss, truly inspirational!! I don't know about you but I also find when I am doing lc'ing hardcore I freeze bigtime! Must be all those fat cells shrinking! Maybe but not so true but I just keep telling myself that. LOL

Elycia, great to see you motivated and feeling better. So many people do not understand how much energy this journey of ours takes. And then if you're a wife and mother, sheesh look at all you've gotta keep up with! Keep your resolve and good thiings will come!

Butterfly, how your "Zone" coming along? That's pretty low carb, no? Hope todays another great day!

Melissa,WTG on the pound! Woo hoo! Just think what next weeks will be with all the walking and water you'll be getting in!

Anna, how are ya chick? Hope work is treating you well.

Laramie, hope you continue to keep your chin up and a big smile on your face. You are so worth it.

Stacey, where are ya girl? Is DD keeping ya extra busy? We miss you!

Aright, time to get the kiddies going for school. I'll be back later, I hope!

Danielle Yes the Zone is Low Carb But I feel So much better Not having all that Carb. You can have Carbs as long as they are Mulit Grains and Dont have the Ablity to Spike your Insulin high .

As all Can See I have Been Plying with My Files and Figuring stuff out. My Daughter took some pictures of me and Believe me I was SHOCKED they make me look like I am 400 lbs. I will try to post them in the gallery for all to see. I really have to be Brave for that one. OMG .

Now One More Question how do I get the Smileys on when I am posting messages???

Thanks To all and I have to get exercising now.

Bonnie....I'm so sorry to hear that you suffer migraines. Do you get them often or do you think maybe it was withdrawl now that you are on the path to getting fit and healthy? I hope the later! We've still got 20 days before school starts here... yes I'm counting down! LOL!! Have a wonderful headache free day today!! to do smileys you gotta use the post reply button at the bottom of the messages rather than using the quick reply area. Or at the bottom of the quick reply you can click on "go advanced" and the smileys are there too.

Aqua...you sound so fantastic today!!!! Yay!! I'm really glad that you are getting so excited about WW! And ready to exercise too!!! WOOOHOO!!!

I hope I eat better today. I cant believe how I just couldnt stop eating yesterday. I couldnt get full! And I woke up at almost 1am and had thoughts of going to eat more. Now what is up with that??! I've never felt that way before, once I'm in bed I'm done for the night. AF is right around the corner so I'm gonna blame that witch! Hopefully I can get it into better check today! Its not looking too smokey today so another walk for me, maybe even some strength training! Anyone watch Workout on Bravo?? I wish I could have her as a trainer, shes amazing!

I just gotta throw out a Yay Montana!! Did you see Miss Montana won the Miss Teen USA pagent! We are very proud, I dont think montana has ever gotten in the top 10 let alone win it all!! YAY!

Hi everybody!

Sugar-N-Spice- I'm liking WW very much so far. I know I can manage it. The weight will not come off as fast as liquid, but I won't have as many heart issues and I won't be a raging <BLEEP> 24/7. I walked 2.5 miles this morning, and I am just trying to keep my day full. Congrats on the new bundle your family will be welcoming.

Butterfly50- if you press the smilies on the side they should show up in encoded form, but when you submit your message they will look like a smilie in action. (is that what you mean?)

Hun.e.B- Thanks sweetie! Yah, I am relaxed just knowing I have nothing too serious. We all have super hunger days. Hormones, stress, boredom, all play a role. We just keep starting again when it happens. Eventually it will happen less and less.

Default Nobody pass out or die of a heart attack, BUT...

I just finished working out! LOL yep, I finally got my big ole hiney on the bike for 30 min. I would've loved nothing more than to do more but man, I barely made the 30!!! I cannot believe how out of shape I am! I feel it everywhere, from my legs to my butt, to my abs. Even my feet hurt! LOL Oh well, good things are happening, right?

Bonnie, I think the Zone diet sounds like a pretty good one. I do low carb but my own thing--leans more towards Atkins--but not strictly. I find that I do alot better tweaking things to fit with whats livable for my lifestyle. I feel loads better too without all those empty carbs inside me! Keep it up lady, you're doing great! Don't even think you're alone in regards to the pictures!! I had dh take a few of me the other day, and let's just say I was mortified! How did I ever let myself get like this!

Melissa, yeah yesterday was a total bust I really felt bad. I think dh thought I was just trying to be lazy but seriously, I was up long enough to help out with dinner and then I fell asleep again! Woke up in time to watch BB and Rockstar of course! I had posted on here the other day asking if anyone watched Workout...fabulous show. I first saw Jacki on the other show Blow Out--she's one of Jonathan's clients and thought she was such a cutie. She has a wonderful work ethic, and just an all around great presence about her. It makes me sad that she keeps sticking with Mimi though, she's so cranky all the time. lol

Aqua, WTG on the workout today!!!! I am pretty proud of myself that I actually did it finally. It's been months since I've really worked out, something tells me I'll really feel it tomorrow morning. lol Glad to hear you like WW. I tried it on my own once as well as actually going to meetings. Needless to say I sucked pretty bad at it! LOL I am just too numbers obsessed and that only increased it to where I was miserable. I love hearing how successful people are on that plan though because that is truly one where there is no omission of any foods at all.

Alrighty gang, I'm off to the grocery to stock up on meats & veggies for the week!!! Have a wonderful day and stay strong, you'll be glad you did.

Hello Ma'Ladies! I hope everyone is well. Gosh I'm tired today. I wish I could just crawl under my desk and go to sleep. I think I may turn in early tonight.

Melissa - Boy do I understand those "eat all day" things. It's weird, isn't it? It's like you can never just feel satisfied. Could be TOM on the way, a spike in insulin due to eating something that you didn't know had sugar in it, dehydration... Who knows? Weird how we spend our entire lives with our bodies and yet don't fully understand them.
I'm sorry to hear of your back and leg pain. I'm not familiar with that problem, but I certainly hope a doctor or someone can help you get some relief. And you exercised anyway? Wow. That's dedication. You're doing an excellent job.

Elycia - I've never been selected for jury duty. There was this one case that I really, really wanted to be on about 14 years ago. It was a civil case. This woman has slipped on some oil at a gas station and sprained her arm. So she was suing for pain and suffering. The owner of the gas station had already paid her medical bills and her missed wages.
She had on mismatched clothing with holes in them and her hair just looked awful. Meanwhile her daughter and husband were both immaculately dressed. I wanted to get on that jury just to deny her claim! I'm not saying the woman didn't suffer. I just hate when people try to be manipulative. I guess we were we to believe that she'd lost the the will to comb her hair and get dressed.

Bonnie - I'm sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I've heard that migraines can be awful. I hope that as you become healthier that stress won't cause those for you anymore.
BTW, your exercise habits are awesome. I love the way you just keep going at it. I really admire you for that.

Aqua - Hi Chicky! You seem to be feeling a lot better. I'm glad! I've heard wonderful things about WW. I'm sure you'll have a lot of success with it.
It was the funniest thing pulling out my old clothes yesterday. I noticed that the smaller the sizes were, the more clothes I had. I really, really hate buying huge clothing. Somewhere around size 16 my clothing iventory dropped considerably. I'm sure that's why every generation or so, the clothing manufacturers stick smaller labels on larger clothes. For instance, a size 14 today was like a 16 twenty years ago. I notice that a lot in plus sized clothing too. A 16w is like an 18 regular. Every now and then someone will talk about how Marilyn Monroe was a size 14. But what you rarely hear is that a 14 was a heck of a lot smaller back then!

Danielle - I'm sorry you've been feeling so yucky. Wow.... Over all we haven't been very healthy on this thread lately. Could it be our bodies adjusting to the new eating habits? Change in weather perhaps? Whatever it is, I just hope you feel better soon. Sometimes, though, you just need your rest. There's no way around it. I hope today is a better day for you.

I'll try to check in again before I leave work. Posting tonight is not looking too promising. My husband is going to me some shadow boxing moves to help me tone my arms and waist. After that I have do my pilates because I missed it this morning. I did do the WATP 3 Mile though!! It was so weird because I didn't feel like doing it. In fact I thought I'd put in the 2 Mile. When I saw it was the 3 Mile, I figured it was meant to be. A similar thing happened when I thought I'd put in a Donna Richardson tape and it ended up being Tae Bo. Tae Bo had been the last thing I felt like doing too

Amany I kow how you feel about the Tapes. I put in and did the 1 mile and then did another 1 and did the 1 mile and felt so good I did the 2 mile along with it.

I have to admit when I get going and exercising I do do and do some more I feel so good I jest want to keep going. My normal for aday is about 100 minutes and sometimes more. Hopefully can get my hubby to actually go walking with me tonight. I live on a main Highway at least they put a side walk in town. The only thing is their is alot of trees and I am freeley scared of snakes and I have seen too many since I have been here and do not wish to see another and it never fails I am always alone when it happens so I have choosen not ot go their until the weather changes for the better for me that is.
I jest have a problem getting water down any suggestions I have added Lemon and that helps I jest seem not to be able to drink it fast enough threw the day to get 100 Ounces in. I made it the other day and got 90 in and that was forcing me to drink it. I dont drink alot threw the day. Would like to be one of those people who can cug a bottle of water down in no time and no problems. Not me so far. Well I got to run me and the step son is going to walley world when he gets home. Have to buy more food.
