Morning!! Just had my breakie.....ww english muffin, slice of cheese and a hard boiled egg. yum yum, and only 4 pts!! Yesterday was a good day, even got some biking in with ds. (gym was closed)...so that was good. Heading out to the gym in a little while, going to do the elip. and workout in the 'curves' room. Just tried that for the first time and was surprized at how hard it was. hehe....the commercials show the ladies having a gay ol' time ....almost having a party!!! NOT!!

Hi TLB! Good to see you posting!

Angel I think you're doing a great job! I'm glad you like the curves room at your gym. I would love to find a place that has regular workout equipment and a curves circuit. That way I wouldn't need 2 gyms!

Curly good job on the work out

I had an ok day. I was snacking crazy in the afternoon. I had a deficit of 800 & worked out at curves for 45 minutes.

Hi ladies. Another delinquent is back. I've now officially gained 5 lbs!! I haven't been eating sugar or anything but I know I have been eating too many calories. Time to get back to journalling and being accountable.

I got both jobs actually but I'm going to take the one in Biloxi. I've talked to my boss here although I don't have a written contract yet from the VA. He announced my intention to leave at the department meeting last Friday so everyone knows now. I'm a bit preoccupied trying to get my house ready to sell and look for house down there and do everything else I need to do between now and then but I"m going to have to make time for a few minutes every day to pay attention to what I eat. Talk to you all soon.

YEAH....PETRA'S BACK!!! Sounds like you've sure been busy!!! congratulations on the new job!!! Was this the one that you had your heart set on? I think so....so now its official. And the real work begins.....good luck selling your house and house hunting, yikes!!! talk about stress.

Curly... go curly go Doesn't it feel good to be BACK!!! great job.

Valerie....although you might have been snack-y, you still got in a good workout. Todays a new day!!!....other than that, how's the new job going?

Yesterday was a great day although the boys were really at each other, I did not go off plan. Usually with stress (heck almost any emotion....) I do a quick fix of something sweet from the pantry, well yesterday I wasn't going to let it get the best of me. ....such a proud moment!!! Nice to know that I'm still learning all this stuff. Had a great workout at the gym, but an hour of intense weeding beforehand.....my arms were jelly, so no eliptical; I ran 3 miles on the treadmill instead!!! In the spring I started training to run a 5K race, well I think I got burned out because shortly after the race in April the treadmill seemed to much of a chore so I switched to other equipment. Well last night it was fun AGAIN!!! I guess I need to change it up more with a variety of excercises so I don't get bored

Yes, I got the job I wanted but all this getting ready to move stuff is stressful.

I did pretty well with the journalling today except I have to enter a whole recipe in Master cook which I just don't have the patience for at this point. I"ll have to do that tomorrow.

Good to see everyone again and see you all sticking to the program.

Hi Petra! Good to see you! Congrats on the job!

Angel great workout! Changing things up is always a good idea.

I had a good day today. I worked out on the treadmill for 30 minutes and did 20 minutes of weights.

Well I entered my recipe in Mastercook and then put the info in fitday so now I know what my problem is. I ate 2000 calories yesterday. It seems when I don't keep track that is what happens. In no time flat, I'm eating 2000 calories. I guess I am doomed to be keeping a journal forever. I have actually been thinking about going back to WW and doing Core. It is similar enough that I could probably do that and I might need the accountability. I will see how I do on my own for a couple weeks.

I still walk my doggies regularly. I'm glad to see the rest of you are still such devoted exercise enthusiasts. And Teri--how do you get Louie out of Teri?

It is time for me to get ready for work. Talk to you all later.

Petra I feel the same way. I will be journaling forever. At least it gets easier as time goes on.

I had an ok day. Still higher then I like on the calories. I did 50 minutes at curves today, an extra time around the circuit.

1747 calories, 947 deficit

Monday I was a weed wacking maniac in one of the gardens in backyard and pulled a muscle in my back, OUCH!!.....think I may need a muscle relaxant to sleep. Aren't you glad you asked?

I seem to be getting back in my groove a bit. I've been consistently journalling for several days. Although I'm not completely pleased with what I've been eating, at least I'm not in denial about it anymore and my scale is starting to move in the right direction again. I will post an "official" weight tomorrow since Friday was always my weigh day.

Got some work done on my house tonight. I'm going to call the city to get an inspection to make sure everything is up to code. I'm also trying to sell some stuff I don't want to take with me so things seem to be moving along here.
