I have had another exhausting day. I think some of the families were more difficult than the patients today. No exercise unless you count running all over the hospital today, but I did meet my water goal, YEAH!

Hi Everyone!

I went to womens work out world today and I like it there and I want to join but you have to get a two year membership. I don't know if I should make that kind of commitment.

post daily:1 egg
water goal: 10 eggs
1 hour of exercise: 10 eggs (Cardio, elliptical and treadmill)
meeting carb limit: 5 eggs
track calories: 10 eggs (1872 calories)

Today: 36 eggs
Total: 105

hey Val if u really like it i would say go for it!!! the time seems to really fly by... so really 2 yrs wont be that long... do they have other locations .. just in case u might have to use another one? plus if u know that you have to pay... u will continue to use your membership..

Thanks Val! Well done yourself. If you really like the new gym, and you feel comfortable you should join. 2 yrs isn't really that long. You're not looking at moving anytime soon I assume lol. You really seem to enjoy the exercise so much too. did you ever bring up your issues with Curves yet and if so how did they react to maybe losing you?

Dee-I assume you know you can enter custom foods on Fitdayl

I also assume you were talking about trading mp3 files with Val. I don't think you want any of mine. They would scare you, lmao!!

Petra~ the statement about Fit-Day and the question about the yogurt were actually 2 seperat thoughts. I've used the custom feature-thankfully it's there lmao. But there is no place to count the sugar (for those of us who probably should ban it completely but don't YET.) Anyways, I was just kinda surprised about it.
I'm gonna try the sf jello flavored plain yogurt tomorrow.....
And...... what's so scary about your mp3's??? I've had my head into lots of different music so not much scares me. heheehe Some, but not much

Curly~ I see you snuck in an edit you lil edit sneaker you... Looks cool. I'm on my way to check it out. I love that kind of thing!

Petra after you dealt with the difficult families... they all went home and called me to check on their insurance coverage.... HAHAHA! must have been the day for disagreeable patients!!


speaking of yogurt & sugar>>> while shopping last nite i saw bryers yogurt was BOGO and checked the sugar grams some of them were like 41 grams in one little container YIKES!

i am telling my mom can u believe that??? and she didnt seem impressed... the person who can eat garbage all day and stay at 125 SIGH why or why couldnt i have gotten her metabolism ??? lol

Yeah....41gr of sugar means nothing to most people but convert it into 10 teaspoons of sugar and WOW thats incredible!!!

Petra.....I think Curly's idea of wearing a pedometer is a great idea for those days that you just never stop!! I'm sure if you kept count, you are doing the higher limit of 10,000 steps!!!! Pedometer = EGGS !!!!
