Anyways.....I had no idea how crazy the carbs were for SWEET POTATO!!! And....I only had about 2 T (no marshmallows or brown sugar...just a baked one) but holy cow!!! That and some soy crisps really pushed my carbs over my limit also. Seems like alot are in that boat.
Not sure how I'm going to get that cardio in!!! Ds is invited to a rollerskating party today, and I'm not sure strapping those things on will be a wise decision either. haha the last time I went, I could barely make it around the boards
Hard to believe in highschool, that I could waltz, do a fancy 2 step and go backwards.....NOW?....I can barely go across the rink!!! Shoot me if I'm like one of those old ladies, hesitating to get on the escalator!!!
