WOOHOOO!!!! :carrot: Jennie's in Onederland!!!! I knew you could do it!!! :carrot: :cheer:
|
WTG Jennie!!
Jennie Congrats on ONEderland! I'm so excited! I can't wait to get there myself! :carrot:
I'm so tired today. I worked an adopt-a-pet fundraiser for pets to have their pictures with santa. We had quite a few pets and owners and made $1700! I voluneteered my husband to be santa and he did such a great job. I'll have to scan on of the pictures to show you all! Hope everyone had a great weekend! :smug: |
way to go! Jennie!! :cheer::cheer:
|
:bravo: Yeah Jennie. Maybe you should hide your scale more often.
I've had a busy day visiting with friends. Talk with you all soon. Dee-I got a response about the rice protein. One person said she had tried it when trying to avoid dairy and it seemed to work okay but that it doesn't dissolve as well in liquids as whey or eggwhites. |
Here are a couple of the pictures of my husband as Santa with our dog boogie and a foster kitten :) Sorry about the huge pictures. I don't know how to make a clickable thumbnail here.

Hey Ladies,
I went ahead and ordered the Four Corners Book... I may be bombarding you with questions Petra lol.... Also I may go ahead and add the protein to the program too? I tried the rice one (chocolate) and yukkkkkk. Maybe if it were mixed with something other than water it would be better. I"ll try the whey next time. ;) I feel like I really need to start looking into and understanding a lot of the supplements, etc we carry at the store. I don't order that section of the store, so I never really paid attention to what they are, or what they do.... I think I'm going to switch my official scale to my home one. Same time each morning, official weigh in once a week. Do you guys think that's a good/bad/doesn't really matter idea? Jennie~ WoooooHOOOOOOOO GF!!!! Way to go... A new place and Onderland all in the same week!!!! Does life get any better? TLB~ So how could anyone possibly lose intrest in tax class?!?! HUman resources sounds somewhat more interesting. Hope I'm right about that lol.. Val~ Awesome pics. Bing makes a great Santa lmao. BTW I notice you are accumulating a lot of blinking flowers lol... OK Woman, Let's hit Onederland too!!! Curley~ You with us??? The next wave to join the club! My goodness girl... looks like you've created another yummy treat... maybe without the pineapple for me??? Gotta finish the last treat first tho lol. Did you try Petra's crust yet? Lets all get to that Onederland!!!! I'm psyched again lol. Can't wait for my book now. :grouphug: |
Great pics Val-think I could send my boys out to have their pictures taken with Santa? LOL
I've never tried mixing the powder in water because that just sounds gross to me. I put mine in yogurt. Some people also put it in cottage cheese and add it to baked goods. I used some yesterday to make protein bars but I wasn't that impressed with them. The authors of Protein Power which is the plan I do recommend eating sardines as a good source of omega 3's. A lot of people on the protein power board actually do this. Some of them actually eat them for breakfast! I've decided I"m going to try them again--haven't had them since I was a kid. I've been getting all kinds of advice about how to eat sardines. Kind of funny. |
Hey Ladies,
Thanks so much for the encouragement and the support. I feel like I had the best week ever. My house is so nice, I feel like the luckiest girl alive, and I hit my goal!!! Yeah, pedicure here I come(that was my present for getting to my goal). Petra, I think I will leave the scale in the box for a while, not that I know what box it is but I won't look for it. It makes it easier to just focus on my plan than on the number. iwmonn, I know nothing about suppliments. I probably should start looking into them to. WW core just focuses on whole foods so no supplements are suggested but its always good to learn. Val, what cute pictures and youraised so much $$ good job. Angel, sounds like you had a great b-day. its nice when people take care of you! Curly, how's the turkey? its funny to think about things that way, well not funny but interesting perspective. TEB, how is class going? Lisa, turtle, deerod, l2l, averyone else, have a good monday, Jennie |
A new flower!
I just did my weekly weigh in and I was down 1 pound :carrot:
I'm so excited to get one more flower! I hope everyone is having a great day! :smug: |
sardines... YUCK.. tho i do take cod liver oil capsules
i really like the whey protein.. i mix it with skim milk in the blender and it gets real froothy like a smoothie, i have added it to my oatmeal after its cooked, and ive mixed it with flavored waters.. not too bad.. |
the new kitty
i guess someone thought i needed another kitty.. or it just wandered here .. @ 3 months ago.. but i am in the process of teaching it to trust me.. at first as soon as the door opened he/she would run into the woods... now it has taken up living under my house... tho we are making progress today when i went out to feed it it peeped out from under the house.. i asked if it wanted some breakfast and it talked back to me MEOW.. i said well come on out.. hmmm should i??? but didnt run away... i think its a she.. so in keeping with the "M" tradition she will be named MING
|
Curly-certainly you read about the sardines in Protein Power Lifeplan. I also take it you aren't following Protein Power strictly or you wouldn't be eating oatmeal.
I can't say I know a lot about supplements but I do know a little. I take several everyday. Alpha lipoic acid, a B supplement, L-carnitine, of course, Magnesium, Fish Oil, Co-Enzyme Q10, and a multivitamin. I've experimented with others but these seem to be the ones I've settled on. A lot of people on the protein power board take more and swear by certain ones for certain uses--PMS, carb cravings, etc. I'm not sure what you want to know so I"m not sure if I can help you. I was a good girl today. I got home from work early enough to go to pilates class and I actually went. I think my abs are going to be killing me tomorrow. |
i need my oatmeal!!!! lol i really dont eat many other carbs through out the day and after south beach I am egged out... I will not buy cereal anymore .. so i feel like its better for me to have the oatmeal in the mornings.. but i only eat the old fashioned type,
when i have the oatmeal in the morning i stay full and i am not tempted to eat things i shouldnt at work.. yes i guess i have taken a lil bit of SB & protein power and combined them.. south-power ? |
Hey There PIC's,
HOpe ya'll had a great Monday. It's actually my Friday WooooHOOOOOO... what a weekend. It's been so nice here that the tourists don't realize it's winter lol. Busy, busy, busy.... So the good news is I found out today that the local WW doesn't charge! I'm so excited I get to try it. They meet on Wed eves, so I'll be going next week. I found out from one of my customers who also just happens to be a certified personal trainer at the gym that I can't afford... hmmmmmm maybe we can work something out? I'm hoping :) The only down side is that last nite I finally ordered The Four Corners Book and I'm kinda psyched to try that one too.... Am I way off base to think I can incorporate the two? Guess I'm getting ahead of myself. Better slow myself down and learn something. Okayyyyyy... Sardines!!! I used to love them, but haven't had them for years either. I do have a can in the cupboard now, i bought a few weeks ago lol... but haven't had the 'stomache' to eat them hehehehe. Petra~ Thanks for the info on the proteins. The main reason I really wanted to try the rice was cuz they come in nice little individule packets lol... i'm all about convienence! Curly~ I just about adopted a brand new baby lamb today! A customer had him- The momma had 2 and just wouldn't deal with this one. He was so tiny! Hubby was reasonable tho.... that if he lived we don't have proper shelter from heat and cold and predators... lol All I though about was that poor baby and Lee being retired could stay home and be a daddy and bottle feed him and we have a couple acres with lots of grass for a grazing animal.... *sigh* He's probably right :( On the up side, Your little Ming is sweet looking. I bet you'll have her friendly in no time. Val~ WooooHOOOOo to you again!! You are gonna have enough for a boquet soon!! Good Job to you  Jennie~A pedicure :) My treat is going to be a nice fullbody hot rock massage. I've got a long way tho..... oh, and also that Lee has to start smoking outside... all when I hit the halfway mark. So, I'll be popping in n out thru my weekend. I hope you PIC's all have a great day... ttys :grouphug: |
Hey Kids !!
Jennie ~ way to go girl... onederland :bravo: Congrats to all the other losers this week. I am happy to report that I am joining you with a loss of 2.3 lbs :carrot: Human Resources wasn't too bad yesterday, it was more organizational behaviour then human resource activities. Next Saturday is International Accounting.. I am living the dream  Then I have a week off work to study for an exam on Dec 3. Well I must get back to my books. Hope you all have a great Tuesday. |
woo hoo today is the last full day until the holiday! we usually get off at 2 on the day before a holiday...
at my ladies workout express.. they are starting something new it will be called "boot camp nite" they will up the resistance on all the machines.. for 2 hours... I can tell that the owner tweaked the machines yesterday cuz i am a lil stiff today! but usually she only ups a few of them.. so with all of them up that should be a real tuff workout! Ive read a few posts where people are concerned about "falling off the wagon" for thanksgiving?? does anyone here have any concerns? I think i will be fine.. its all kinda programed into me at this point... ok guess i better get in gear.. geez its pouring again here! 3 furkids fed and 2 to go... Have a great day! |
Good Morning PIC's
How is everyone today? I got called in to work for a couple hours... yayyyy $$$$$. Heck I had to go in to pick up my turkey anyways lol. I can't wait. I'm going to have Lee cut it in half tho. A whole turkey is just too much for us to eat and Leftovers are good, but not for 3 weeks straight. I'm going to head to the beach after work today. There is a trail to the estuary that I've never walked before, and I've had a hankerin' to walk it. So, I did my scale today and i'm down 3, so that is the one I'm going to be using for my official weight. It'll be interesting to see the difference of that one vs. the one at the weightwatchers group. I think I'm going to stay with this one for official tho, cuz it's convienent for me. You all have a wonderful day, keep up the awesome work Ladies!!! :high: :grouphug: |
Hi PIC's!
I hope everyone is having a good day! I woke up and and did the 3 mile WATP for the first time. :dancer: Curly I am a bit worried about thanksgiving. I have trouble having the wrong foods in my house. Like yesterday I got into the test pumpkin pie and cool whip :dizzy: There are a lot of things I'm making that I can't eat. I try to stay on the Zone eating low glycymic foods. Mashed potatoes are one of my favorites that I'm going to try and resist. Stuffing is another one I shouldn't have. Then one of my well meaning family members is bringing chips and dip  I've been craving chips like crazy. I decided to not make the traditional green been cassarole and have a healthy salad instead. I'm going to just have turkey and salad and try to stay away from the other stuff. Stuff like chips and potatoes is like a drug for me. If I have some it's going to be like starting out all over as far as cravings go. Dee congrats on the loss!!! I see you got another flowers:bravo: |
hey valerie...
heres a few suggestions... why dont you try making the mashed cauliflower for yourself.. ( they say its pretty close in tatse to the mashed potatoes) and when u make up your stuffing make a small dish of stuffing made from wheat bread? as far as the chips and dip.. have dip with some celery |
OMGoodness, I had a whole post here and I lost it!!
Dee-congrats on your loss. Hope you enjoy WW. I didn't know they had free groups. I'm making sugarfree pumpkin cheesecake and a green vegetable to take to my Aunt's house for Thanksgiving dinner because otherwise I'd only have turkey to eat. There is usually nothing but carbs at our family dinner-mashed potatoes, candied sweet potatoes, stuffing, homemade rolls, all the usual culprits. |
thanks Val :) I'm not really so sure I actually deserve the loss, as I weighed way earlier in the day than normal, and naked to get that 3 lbs, but that will be the way I do it from now on... and I needed the little boost for my ego. Oh, and I stopped at the Dr office to use their scale and my home one reads the same. (something I'm glad to know).
Ya know if you try to do just turkey and salad, you may be setting yourself up to fail... you should allow yourself some normalcy. I don't know about anyone else, but I've tried the cauliflower trick and it didn't work for me! maybe do a mashed sweet potato for yourself? I'm trying that here. (Curly or Petra, help me out--sweet potato is better isn't it? :?: ) Also, curly's idea on the veggies and dip is good too. Try using ranch dip mix in soft silken tofu. It's pretty good and way better for you than mayo or sour cream based dips. Have some fruits/veggies on the snackie table too, that way when you walk past, you'll have something to reach for. I dunno Val, I'm obviously no expert. Just letting you know some of the things I'm trying. Tho I'm lucky (?) cuz there will be no family but Lee and I, lol. Half a turkey, no stuffing, no chips n dip, enough mashed potatoes for him. I won't have dinner rolls in the house tho.... that's a real danger zone for me. ok, simple lil post has turned long again... hugs to ya'll!!! :grouphug: |
Petra, I didn't know it was free either, but the girl who told me said it was cuz when they charged here, there were never enough people to make an official chapter anyways... she said they have all the same access to everything WW that the big groups have so I'm going to give it a try.
|
I'm not big on mashed cauliflower either although apparently there is this stuff called ketatoes mix. I haven't found it yet but they might sell it in Dee's store. My sister lives near a health food store and is going to try to find it for me. Apparently if you mix this into the mashed cauliflower it makes it taste a lot more like mashed potatoes. I have made mock potato salad out of cauliflower and t hat worked pretty good.
And yes, the sweet potato would be much better than regular mashed potatoes. |
I just did a search with our suppliers website and They don't carry ketatoes. To bad cuz it'd be interesting to try. LOL I'll take any suggestions of products I should be carrying. I don't have time to know all the different products. I'm interested Petra, a while back you said something about a No Pudge mix you got and I was wondering how it was. I've seen that in my book. A lot of what we carry is based on customer request, low carb, wheat free-gluten free and of course organic and natural items too.
Cauliflower potato salad sounds ickkky too lol... course that could be because I truley detest cauliflower. :faint: (I do eat broccoli now though- a HUGE step for me) hehehe... Almost time to settle in for TBL! I'll ttyal. |
Greetings PICs! I hope that everyone has a great (lo cal, lo carb, lo fat) Thanksgiving.
We are leaving in the early AM for eldest daughter's. She has 5 children and lots of cats and the sensory overload there can be overwhelming! Lots of love at that house and we are always happy to see each other. I'll be back in a week or so. zoey |
turkey take off results
Good Morning Pic Divas!
Well my total for the thanksgiving challenge was 5 lbs lost.. Think i am going to set my goal for the "santa slim down" at 7 lbs.. i really wanted to be 220 by new years but i dont see any "healthy" way i can make that goal.. unless i can go to the biggest loser ranch! lol But slow and steady.. I know I can continue eating the way i am now for ever... so that is a much better accomplishment than losing very quickly and having the weight come back.. I really shouldnt be unhappy with a 1.25 lb per week loss...this past month.. but i guess we all want the weight to be gone quickly... and i just have to have patience... we are getting off work at 1 today!! think i will head to the library & go work out then.. have a great day!!! |
Good Morning PIC Diva's!!!
Curly.....Great job on the weight loss!! You did well on the turkey takeoff. I just want to mention that...everytime you post.....you're neon flashing flowers look soooo awesome!!! quite blinding actually!! :D Zoey....Enjoy your visit with your daughter and grandkids. You know, its quite okay for Grandma to have a timeout locked in the bathroom!!! :lol3: Iwmonn......The no pudge mixes are great!! Not sure of the label details, but when I was doing ww's.....it was great!! A little pricey though......In the spirit of Thanksgiving, if you take a chocolate cake mix and add a can of plain pumpkin....they make great muffins!!! (also low in pts) Congratulations on the 3 lbs!!! nekkid or otherwise Valerie......Good luck with your Thanksgiving feast. I would stay clear of all the snack-y things, and either chew gum or busy yourself with talking/socializing with all your family. Stay away from the table until its time to eat. Why is it we all get worked up about food we can't have?We should focus on what we CAN have .....Thanksgiving is just ONE DAY!!!.....lets not slide back with a gain. Since its just the 4 of us (as we have no relatives living here in the States), I plan on eating early about 3:30pm. Then when we are done, we'll all go for a nice walk before it gets too dark. A little unusual for me, but I bought a strawberry rhubarb no sugar added pie. Thought I'd treat dh....not a big pumpkin pie fan. We'll see, its still high in carbs/natural sugar, but a small wedge might be nice to try. I'll also make some sf jello which is MY FAVE. Oh....I forgot......to end the turkey challenge, :cheer: I lost another 2 lbs!!! :carrot: That puts my total for this challenge at 4 lbs, not bad since I'm still coughing like a fool. I just can't shake this thing!!! |

Hey Ladies,
well thanksgiving planning is in effect. I am covering the apps so, I decided to do the normal that everyone loves, my dad's cheeseball(can't say I've ever even tried it, I'm not a big cheese eater), shrimp, and I'm adding foods I can eat, a corn and bean salad, home made corn tortillas, and veggies with hummus. so I'll have some safe muchies. for the meal, my dad is going to add sweet potatoes that don't have stuff added to them, and I"m doing a chop salad. We always have green veggies, and fresh cranberry salad. So the only thing I won't eat will be the stuffing, and the mashed potatoes. I am allowing my self a small piece of pie, my dad makes about 5 kinds of pie and cheescake or poundcake. OMG!!! I know I'll be depriving myself if I don't have a small slice and then chanace a binge. So that is the plan, I will report back on Friday :drill: heehee I started the Jillian workout circits today. I had been getting up and jogging when I was staying at my sisters but now that I"m at my house alone, I can't get out and leave my son in the house. So all week I was like I'll get up and do step or tae bo or somthing but it didn't happen. This morning I got up and did the first weight training circit. hopefully I won't be to sore for the holidays. is anyone else still doing these. I remeber a few of you were. OK, got to get bakc to work. Have a great thanksgiving! |
Im making the dreamcicle pie (from sugar free jello,ff cool whip & ff cream cheese) and a chocolate pie (sugar free pudding, ff cream cheese, cool whip) with Petra's crust to take for thanksgiving dinner tomorrow...
|
Zoey~ Nice to see you! I was wondering where you were hiding. ;) Sounds like a great time to be had with all the family around. Have fun. Be Safe.
Curly~ Slow & Steady! Yup that's the ticket. Just LOOK at all that you have already accomplished. You are awesome Lady! AngelEyes~ Great job on your turkey takeoff losses. YOu Rock too! YOu are so right about obsessing on the can't have foods instead of the cans.... I never really thought about it much, but now I'm going to make an effort to. thanks :dizzy: Jennie~ Sounds like you're covering your bases for the celebration too! And dad's gonna help out too. That's awesome. Good luck with the Jillian training. You'll be getting into the swing of things soon I'm sure. Oh, and you are Mahhhvalous! :cp: LisaWY~ How are you? I hope you're ok. I'd never have found this wonderful group if you hadn't been so kind. Thank You so much. I hope you find your way to posting a quick hi sometime soon. Here's wishing all you, and all the missing and soon to be PIC's Happy Thanksgiving! I think I'll miss you all tomorrow :kickcan: :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: |
Hi PIC's!
Another gloomy blah day here in chicago. This weather really gets me down. I need to move someplace thats sunny all the time! I just finished giving my cat his antibiotics. He's a fighter. I used a towel this time. He's shooting me dirty looks now. Curly congrats on the loss!! :carrot: I think you're doing great! I only lost one pound last week. It seems my losses are slowing down too. But hey! One pound a week is awsome! It may take longer but you're doing it! :carrot: I bet we're both going to hit ONEderland around the same time! I hope everyone has a great thanksgiving! I can't believe this sight is closing down tomorrow. Right when I feel like I need the most support. |
awwww val, what's up with the kitty and the antibiotics??? LOL I remember Lee & I trying to give Annie meds... she's little, but she's a fighter. Poor Lee had scratches all over his arms. I should be home from work by 1'ish (Pacific time) tomorrow. Feel free to msg me if ya need to. That goes for any of you.... if you need an ear, anytime... I'm iwmonn on msn or yahoo.
|
It has gotten really cold here all of a sudden too. No snow yet but I don't think it will be long.
I have my pumpkin cheesecake done. No crust because of my Dad's nut allergies. I was debating on what veggie I was going to make. I was between zucchini latkes and chili rellenos casserole. Well, the zucchini didn't look very good at the grocery store so that made my decision for me. I'll have to do that tomorrow morning. I'll see if I have enough time and energy to make another pecan pie too. Obviously, my Dad won't be sampling that. Two of my cousins are diabetic (one with type I and one with type II) so there will be others who will be grateful for sugarfree and low carb options. Everyone have a good Turkey day! |
Dee.. I have two old cats.. 16 and 14 and they both keep getting sick. The vet says they carry virusus all their lives and just have a worse imune system when they get older. Iko the cat who is getting medicine is 18 pounds! At least it's only going to be a few more days.
Petra what is the chili rellenos casserole? It sounds yummy! |
What a nice surprize!!!....the site is up and running!!!
HAPPY THANKSGIVING PIC'S!!!:thanks1: Valerie....I can relate to the older cat issue. My cat is 18.5 yo !!! She is in pretty good health although a few years ago she started to lose weight. She only weighs 5.5 lbs now! For the last 2 yrs she has to take a blood pressure pill (1/4 tab) and her one treat is that I put it in a small amount of cheez wiz. Yeah I know.... but its the only little treat that she gets and I can't pinch her jaw and throw the pill down as the vet suggests. Does everyone have plans for today? My turkey is almost in the oven...well would be if I wasn't popping in here!! hehe:D Dh is playing air hockey with the boys and by 8 am I'd already been to the gym and back. Ds was just waking up!! This is the first time that my gym has opened and I wanted to take advantage of it in case they do it again. Mind you, 7-9 am was so convenient, but none the less it was busy. Hope everyone enjoys their.... cheesecakes :cheese:, pies, dreamsicle cake, sweet potatoe and marshmallow goop :nono: , green bean casserole, carrots, :carrot: stuffing, mashed potatoes, chilli releanos casserole, brussel sprouts.....ETC ETC ETC ETC...... YUM YUM!!! Just remember....tommorow is another day with lots of left overs!!! :hungry: |
gobble gobble Ladies,
Hi, I sure hope you all had a wonderful day. The store was busy today- No surprises there lol, it's always swamped on a holiday with those "OMG I forgot the creamer whatamIgonnado" people. I actually enjoy working the holiday mornings. People are usually always happy and ecstatic that someplace is open! BUT.... as I was leaving the store, I got in one of those WTF frame of minds and got 2 bags of chips and a small bag of special chocolates. I gave the candy to Lee cuz they are his favorites but I proceeded to eat about the equivalent of a full bag of potato chips. Now I have confirmed it. I can't eat just one when it comes to chips. Best to just stay away from them. Dinner was nice. Uncomplicated. Turkey and roasted veggies(sweet potatoes, acorn squash, carrots, onion, radishes). Ya know I've never cooked sweet potatoes before. They will become a regular part of my diet from now on. LOL. As I'm writing this, I'm having a bit of the chocolate mousse'ish stuff that curly posted. So not my most shining moment, but not the worst day of my life either. I'm blessed to have my home, animals, my mostly wonderful man and my health.... Those chips were my lesson for today. We'll see you all tomorrow sometime I hope. :grouphug: Much Love, D~ |
I did ok today!
I had just turkey and a 1/2 a cup of stuffing & salad for dinner. I avoided the mashed potatoes, candied yams, cranberry sauce, biscuits, chips and dip & pumpking pie! I'm pretty happy with myself. I was pratically drooling over the chips that my uncle brought when I was putting them in a bowl. Dee I'm like you I know I can't just have one! I did eat one of those beef sticks my uncle brought over. 20% of daily fat in just one! I hope everyone had a good holiday! |
the day after..
hi guys..
since we had dinner @ 3 i had eaten a light breakfast 1 slice canadian bacon & an egg hope everyone had a nice turkey day.. I did so so at staying OP.. i had turkey, lots of kale, a baked sweet potato, maybe a tablespoon of stuffing and made it thru dinner fine.. then after dinner went for a walk... then came back to my mom's @ 6 pm and thats when i got in trouble and had a slice of apple spice cake with caramel sauce on the top of it ..so sweet it would make your teeth hurt! geez i made it thru dinner and all day then messed up.. OH well not gonna beat myself up about.. Today is a new day..and i could have done even worse! so i'll be glad i made wise choices at dinner... evenif i did give in to the cake!! sigh... i have to work today :( |
Glad to hear everyone survived Turkey day. I was actually quite pleased with myself. I really didn't feel deprived either much to my surprise. My chili rellenos casserole turned out to be a hit and so were my sugar free desserts-especially with my 14 year old cousin who is a type I diabetic. All the cousins who hadn't seen me since last year were stunned at how much weight I had lost and wanted to know what I was doing. This particular set of cousins are all seriously overweight. Of course, I went over my carbs for the day-I wasn't even going to try to count but then I decided to try. It came out to about 51(my limit is 40) but I had 2300 calories!! I'm almost afraid to get on the scale this morning.
Dee-it took me 20 years to learn that I am addicted to sugar! What kind of an idiot am I? All these years struggling with my weight and I couldn't figure out that was what kept screwing me up? You learned an important lesson yesterday. Don't even bring them in the house. Valerie-Chili Rellenos casserole has Poblano peppers, salsa, cheese, eggs, and cream. A little spicy but not overpowering. Sort of bites you back which is just how I like it. I think I might get brave and try to do a little shopping today. I took the day off. |
im reading the zone cook book>> this is a good reminder:
carbs grow in the ground and protein moves around also they say to imagine your plate divided into thirds> 1 third is for your protein (chicken, fish,)... the other 2 thirds are for your veggies check this page out its free to join drsears.com |
