I finally got my tree decorated yesterday. Lucky for me, the boys don't seem interested in it.
I have my nut and pumpkin seed samples all packaged up to take to work today. We had our first official snow yesterday-2". Had to do a little shoveling. I think we may get more this week. It's like this the rest of the winter here which is really annoying. Most of our snows are just enough to be annoying-we rarely get more than 6" at once so I have to go to work, on time no matter what. The only day we have been closed since I've been here is the day it snowed 2 feet. So if it snows, I want some REAL snow. LOL Mom-I'm also into size 14 most of the time. However, I bought a pair of black pants recently without trying them on that are size 14 and unfortunately, they don't fit yet so I guess I have something to work toward. It's nice to be out of the plus sizes. Have a good day everyone. |
WOOHOO...Mom and Petra into 14's!!! Great job Petra. I find that sizes really do vary quite abit, so not to worry. You'll be in those pants in no time.
I cleaned out my spare closet the other day for donation day coming up and was quite surprized at how many of my dressier clothes fit me again or were loose. Unfortunately, I'm not working and some of the styles have changed alot so I'm not going to keep them. It was great trying them on and finding they were big on me though!!!:carrot: Well weigh in day was another maintain. I almost didn't weigh in and then I thought....hmmm, I wonder if I did lose? NOPE....My pants are abit looser on me so thats a good thing. It hard not to get discouraged though....the motivation is starting to waiver but I'm not giving up yet. I'm ready to head to the gym and workout before TOM comes .....blech!!! |
Hey Ladies,
gues what, I'm down again!! whoo hoo, that thanksgiving .2 came right off this week. I was down 2.8! I'm so psyched. I'm on week 3 of the Jillian work outs and they are fun but hard. I'm loving it. I can do it at homein the morning before my son gets up which is great. iwonn, the WW points are roughly 50 calories each so in the list, they are generalizing, I'm sure you could habe a 6 pt burito or a 20 point depending. Its best to use your slider to figure out points. The smaller numbers of points make it easier to count calories plus it takes in to consideration the fiber and fat in the food. Mom and petra, I can't wait until I'm in a 14 pants. I keep losing but mostly from my upper body. I'm a big booty girl which is cool, I love my shape but I still want to be in a 14. Val I want a hoola hoop. I love hooping, my son and I would have contest but he would always win :( Angel, I'm on week three, those mountain climbers hard!!! get the heart pumpin! Curly, I love food loin. Do you have Super Fresh, I like that when I lived in Baltimore I think just because I wanted to say it all the time, Super Fresh! TEB, Val, Lisa, everyone I'm missing, Have a good one and keep losing. Jennie |
Jennie~ My slider to figure out points??? The only slider I got just tells me how many points for whatever actavity... I'll have to ask. Maybe they forgot to give me that one. lol... the thing about the burrito- that's what's got me confused, but actually I do know. I'm just used to much more structured food programs... not to worry, I am down about 2 lbs on my home scale this morning.... we'll see :) Ya'll have a wonderful wonderful day... (It's MY Friday!!!! WooooHOOOOO) :grouphug:
|
they are calling for 8" of snow here today! hard to belive cuz it was 59 outside yesterday!! crazy weather!
we did have "super Fresh" but it closed... remember when super fresh was the A&P??? lol i am making myself watch every morsel that goes into my mouth and i am back to using my fit day .. hard to believe by afternoon yesterday i had to go find something to eat (boiled egg) cuz my calories were coming out way to low... lol didnt think i would ever have that problem!! |
Hi Jennie. The slider thing is a calculator that slides when you line up your calories, fat grams and fibre for a food item. You get all that info from your food label from any product. It is a neat gizmo that you don't have to refer back and forth to the books. Good luck!!
|
grrrrrrrr :( SNOWING LIKE A BLIZZARD HERE!!
|
Hi PIC's!
It's freezing cold here today! -1 with windchill! I had to carry my hoops over to curves since they won't fit in my car. Boy did I get some weird looks  Today was my weigh in and I didn't loose any weight. I'm a little dissapointed but I was down 5 pounds last week so I guess it all evens out. I hope everyone is having a good day! Curly I hope the snow stops soon if you don't like it! |
I like it when i am at home ... lol and i dont have to go any place! but this means i prob wont be able to go work out... guess i will have to unfold the gazelle and stop using it for a coat rack tonite! :)
|
Poor you Curly. Nothing worse than being housebound, but the good thing is your gazelle is calling your name!!! Were you off today or did the snowstorm change things for you? I bet everything looks beautiful...all dusted oh..er....buried might be a better term if you are getting 8" of snow!!! :D
I picked up some protein powder today. What with both you and Petra talking about it, I decided to give it a try. Holy Honking Huge container!!!.....I got it at Costco, $20 for a 6 lb tub. I think thats a pretty good deal. :carrot: I can't wait to give it a try. |
I made ?
sounds like u got a real good deal angel!... OMG u guys i dont know what u would call what i have made for dinner. but all i can say is YUMMMM!
I had some pork steaks (which are just boneless pork chops) and sliced those up thin and cooked them with some turkey bacon.. then took them outta the pan and put them aside.. then i took cabbage and cut it pretty thinly (not shredded) and in a very large frying pan add just a tad of butter and throw in your cabbage.. not content with that.. I added 2 apples sliced up thin, and a very small box of raisins.. pepper, minced onion, red pepper flakes, parsley, salt, garlic powder, and stir fried the cabbage... then cook till its transparent & still a bit crisp... and add just a tad of cinnamon,... then add the meat back to the mixture and stir.. its the bomb :) and it cant have very many calories in it... |
Curly your dinner sounds really yummy and healthy!
|
angel i double checked u did really good cuz i paid 24$ for 2 lbs
val: it was very good.. i dont know why i go thru these cravings for things one week it was tuna.. the next week brussel sprouts and last week it was celery! well chocolate also but i dont endulge that craving lol oh and dont 4get my mcdonalds cheeseburger craving.. didnt indulge that one either! :) |
An interesting meal for sure, Curly. Love the combinations with BACON!!! mmm, love bacon.:ink: I'm glad the protein powder was a good deal. It is a huge container though...I had better use all of it!! I made a 'shake' tonight and shared it with the boys. Tell me what you think....skim milk, a scoop of vanilla protein powder and frozen peaches. Kinda basic, but was soooo frothy and deliscious. I bought this huge bag of frozen fruit also. If you have other ways to incorporate it into a meal other than a 'shake smoothie' I would certainly appreciate. I remember someone saying they even mix it in their oatmeal. Was that you Curly?

First off, :welcome2: TCA. It's always nice to see new people here. Hope to see you post again soon :)
Things are going well here. My journaling hasn't been real consistant, but what I have tracked has opened my eyes. My calories are too high, my food groups are not balanced properly. Still toooo many carbs, and too much sugar in all forms. And these points grrrrrrrr lol. I know I'll get the hang of it. WW meeting is Wed. night. I'll definately be asking for some guidance :^: ONly 4 more weeks till we head off to Denver.. I have a lot of self work to do before we leave. Curly~ Woman!!! YUMMMMM. :queen: You are the Queen of the Kitchen in our little group here. I'm def gonna have to try that one. I didn't know anybody ever craved :p  brussel sprouts!! ......So did you get your anticipated 8" snow yet? I can't imagine. LOL 1-2" in Seattle shuts the city down. Now in Cali, well, I saw snow here about 4 years ago. It dusted and lasted about all of 25 minutes hehehe... Val~ How 'bout you? Are you staying warm? I'm not an expert by any means, but I wouldn't worry about no loss this week. You didn't have any gain, and like you said you had a really good loss last week, so maybe it all does balance out :goodvibes: so, how far is the walk to Curves? Hehehe I bet you looked interesting with alla your hula hoops lol... btw, were you able to sell any? Petra~ I hope you get lot's of snow :) (I think I understood you WANT it?!?!) hehehe... AngelEyes~ just cuz. Jennie~ you too! Oh heck :grouphug: every single PIC out there!!! |
Iwmonn-if you don't get a points finder at your meeting, PM me with your address. I still have my WW stuff and I"ll mail it to you. I can't imagine they wouldn't give you one.
Angel-I assume you bought vanilla protein powder. I put mine in yogurt smoothies which are flavored in a variety of ways. Fruit, crystal light drink mix powder, davinci sugar free syrups, spices, etc. Some people also like it in cottage cheese. They also use it to make protein bars (I tried this and didn't like them but maybe I need to try some different recipes) and it is sometimes used as part of the flour substitute in baking. 6 lbs is a big container. We only got a dusting of snow last night. The big snow was south of us-Curly's direction. There is another storm coming on Friday but they are unsure of it's size or direction right now. I"m on call this weekend too, should be interesting. |
Good Morning girls!!
A big warm hello to TCA!! Nice to see a fellow Canadian but there can only be ONE ANGEL here.... .... haha.....**sinister laugh** Petra....yeah, I know....from my understanding, its 3 times the size of curly's canister she bought!! I hope I find lots of ways to use it. Thanks for your tips. How are Jillian's workouts going? Curly.....Are you buried under the snow GF? What a nice surprize....we awoke to a light 1/2 inch dusting of it also. The boys are thrilled!!! I don't think there's much hope of it lasting past lunchtime, but still nice to see. I tried my hand at Fitday yesterday. What a great site. I had no idea it was all free. Its going to take awhile to get the hang of it, but really cool to see the pie graph with your carbs/protein/fat ratio. A little shocker to me was see how much a small handful of mixed nuts were!!!:yikes: That may explain my stall abit. I must remember plain blanched almonds rather than regular salty mixed nuts. I'm off to the gym for some treadmill work, going to try running again. Yesterday I did a WATP 3 mile tape and I added in hand weights and boy.....I can barely raise my arms!!! Have a great day.:carrot: |
lol i awoke to a light dusting of 9 inches!!!
|
brrrrrrrrrrrrr all of you! Good Morning :),
Today I've already started writing my foods... actually planning thru lunch. I've found a forum actually here on 3fc that has points values for thousands of foods, and a link to a site that sounds like it does what the slider thingy does to figure out points. I really want to give WW a fair chance, I know it works but I'm really freaked about all the carbs lol.. the sample week menu in the book give me a bagle AND a banana for b'fast one morning. (I'm not following those menus tho)... It's just that for years my dr.'s have been telling me I HAVE to cut the carbs... and they laugh hysterically at the mention of bagels for breakfast. I really want to try 4 Corners, but I really want to continue the WW for the support. LOL such a quandry. Petra~ Thank you so much for the offer. I'll find out tomorrow night if they have them available for me. Maybe because this is a no charge group they don't get ALL the materials? I'll let you know. I'm beginning to think I"m the only person here in a no-snow zone lol... If I remember right even TLB has had a little. Good Luck with being on call. Is there someone to take care of the boys if you get stuck? Heh, I'm just amazed how people adapt to the different blocks life and nature throw at them.... Life Goes On :) AngelEyes~FitDay is pretty cool huh.. but a lot of work. They tell me it gets easier with time ;) Out here in the boonies the only internet access I can get is a wayyyyyyy slow dial-up- (26,400 on a good day). No cable, no dsl grrrrrrrrr. Anyway I'm thinking maybe I'd like the paid program cuz it would be quicker. Everytime I add or change something I have a bout a 30 second wait for the info/page to load... It's really frustrating lol. OK Queen Curlylocks~ :queen: 9" of snow! OMG I would freak. I guess that means you're staying home today? I really truley cannot imagine all that. Have a great time on your Gazelle (yes the one that I'm jealous of ;)). Hmmmm is snowshoeing a good calorie/fat burning exercise? hehehe.. Have a wonderful day and stay warm. :coffee: :grouphug: For everybody, Be safe and be good ;) and keep up all the great work! |
Good Morning PIC's!
TCA Welcome! Congrats on your loss so far! Good luck! You'll find great support here! Dee it's crazy cold here! It seems every winter it's hard for me to adapt! Speaking of snow in seattle I'll never forget the time I got stuck there for like a week when it snowed and the airport just closed down! Along with just about everything else. I remember making a treck across town to find an open Denny's and we were so happy to find it because we were starving! People were like how did you get here and were shocked to hear we had drove in the snow  Angel Eyes you'll love fitday once you get the hang of it. I can't say how much it's helped me! |
Dee y cant u do WW's and watch your carbs also? cut back on the carbs that they suggest and replace them with something else?
at home?????? hahaha dont i wish... work also continues.. even with snow! if u pay for fit day so that u can download it .. it has a lot more features.. in my 21 day challenge thread.. this time i am recording my food each day and trackin my calories.. instead of guesstimating.. yesterday i had 1222 welcome TCA!!!! :) Angel: I mix my powder with all kinds of stuff, flavored water, skim milk, one time i stirred it into my oatmeal (after u cook it tho) and last night i had the chocolate carmel flavor with skim milk and warmed up like hot cocoa!!!!! it was Yummy! |
Curley~ Hey I like your new avatar :)
About the carb thing, I am trying not to do them, but I also don't want to get kicked out of the WW group for not following the recommended diet lol.... ummm would they do that? Val~ lol. You took your life in your hands driving in any snow there. Even if you know how, Seattleites have no clue! Even if it was only 1/2" I grounded myself. I ain't no dummy ;) And, lmao at my planning meals... Already my 2 over easy eggs w/1 slice flax bread turned into 2 scrambled w/tomato, avocado, tiny bit of cheese. I did stick to 1 slice of flax bread toast tho- and 1 cup keifer. I haven't figured out the difference from my original plan yet.. gonna get on that right now. ttyl!!! |
Iwmonn.....You might to see if your town grocer gets the weight watcher brand bagels. They are only 2 pts and alot less in carbs than regular ones. They also have a whole wheat english muffin for 1 pt and less carbs than the regular ones. I have several bags in the freezer. I remember going out to eat at a bagel joint one time and figured out what I thought was low in points, was actually over half of my day!!! SHOCKING!!! :yikes:
So far so good with Fitday. Actually I love it!! I'm realizing though, that I need to custom some of my foods. For one....my coffee mug holds 20 oz!!! So when I add my coffee creamer....its triple the amounts. Now those are hidden calories, good thing I have just one mug a day!!! wow...20 oz!! |
angel try using some of ur powder instead of creamer and see how that tastes....
|
OMG Girls, This food tracking could easily become compulsive. LOL, or maybe I should be crying. I just did my breakfast into fitday, and it came out to 647 calories! And I thought I was making something good for me.... healthy. It's almost like half my calories for the day! I haven't figured the meal in WW points yet. I'm kinda afraid to lol... but I will forge ahead. To quote one of the ladies at my meeting last week.....and a very old cliche too "Denial ain't just a river in Egypt, baby" hehehe..
Can someone check this points calculator to see if it's somewhat accurate for figuring ww points, please? TIA :) Angel~Thanks for the suggestion. I haven't seen WW breads available around here. But through my store I know I have access to Rudy's lo carb bagles etc... have you tried any of them? LOL thanks again all of you for listening to me ramble on when I'm having days like these... eventually I'll settle in and find what I'm looking for :) |
i had a total of 1392 calories today
|
Dee-if you are thinking about buying one of these food tracking programs, there are a couple others that people like and you might find easier to use than fit day. One is dietpower-www.dietpower.com and the other is lifeform-www.lifeform.com. I think they both let you download them and try them for free for 2 weeks but then you have to decide if you want to buy them or not. I have gotten so used to fitday at this point that I'm fine with it.
They have a recommended diet at WW? That is news to me and I went to WW for over a year. I was under the impression they really didn't care how you spent your points as long as you stayed within your allowance. They encouraged you to eat your five fruits and veggies a day (obviously you can choose low carb options here and those veggies are free), and get your 2 milks a day (yogurt or kefir will do nicely) and of course your 8 glasses of water but other than that there weren't really any restrictions. They may have made some suggestions in terms of protein. I think they now actually make a fat recommendation which I find funny. Welcome TCA. Where in Canada are you? We have a regular from the Vancouver area. I have a Subaru, so I don't worry too much about the snow. I get around pretty well. Most people here have at least one 4 wheel drive vehicle. Also they clear the major roads pretty quickly. |
Petra, I guess the term recommended diet is not quite right... however they do hand out a pamphlet telling the importance of not cutting out carbs and fats. (Probably because of the amount of people like me who are afraid of them, lol.) And another of the handouts also does have a weeks worth of menu in it that I do find high in carbs. I think you're right to say they just want you to stay at your points. My take is that how well you do with weight etc has much more to do with the choices of how you spend your points.... like you said, choosing lo carb, lo fat options, etc.
I'm not sure I'm seriously looking to purchase a program. But maybe. The online version isn't difficult to do, just time consuming for me. Remember when you asked how much time people put into their weight loss each day? I thought you guys were crazy to commit so much time. Well, now I see why. It really does help put/keep things into perspective. Guess that's part of the reason you're successful. btw... the breakfast from h-e-double hockysticks was 15.5 points. Over half my day limit. But since it was so late in the day, I didn't have lunch, and dinner was take out, bbq beef without the sandwich part and gave Lee my potato salad. BUT no veggie :nono:.... so i'll be under points but not in a good way.. |
Hi Partners
Hope you have all been well !! Life has once again gotten pretty busy for me, so I will try to check in as much as I can. I had my exam on Saturday and I think it went pretty well... have to wait a couple of weeks to get the results. One more weekend of classes and then we get a short break for the holidays and then right back to it. No rest for this  Jennie - would you mind posting what the Jilliam workout entails ?!?! Just a snapshot of what you do a couple of days during the week would be great. I am thinking about joining the gym in the new year and am wondering if following her workout would be a good start... THANKS !! Well time for me to get some sleep. Take care and I will talk to you all again soon. |
1 thing i like about the purchased fit day is that u dont have to be online to use it.. it wasnt 2 pricey,,
cant wait tonight at my ladies workout express.. they are having boot camp from 4-7 pm... instead of a few machines set to high resistance ... all of them will be cranked up!!! i think this is gonna be a lot of fun!!! |
Dee-I think you are starting to "get it"
Teri-good to hear from you again. Good luck with your tests. I have my first personal training session in the gym tonight. I hope I can still move tomorrow. Since there has been so much interest in protein powder recently, I thought I'd post a few recipes from Dana Carpender's smoothie cookbook. I use this book almost everyday. People may want to make substitutions to fit their programs. Lemon Drop Smoothie-1 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 cup carb countdown milk, 2 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder, 1/2 tsp sugar free lemonade mix (crystal light), xanthan gum (thickener which is optional) Blend until well combined, enjoy. Apple Pie Smoothie-1 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 cup carb countdown milk, 2 tbsp vanilla whey protein protein poder, 3 tbsp green aple sugar free syrup (davinci gourmet sells this), 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, pinch of ground gloves, blend until well combined, enjoy. Cherry Vanilla Sundae in a Glass-1/2 cup sugar free vanilla ice cream, 1 1/2 cups carb countdown milk, 1/4 cup sour cherries packed in water, drained (these are availablel in most grocery stores in the baking aisle), 2 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder, 1 tbsp cherry sugar free syrup (this flavor is more widely available), 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Blend, enjoy. I haven't tried this one but it sounds good. Peanutbutter Smoothie-1 1/2 cups carb countdown milk, 3 tbsp organic peanutbutter (no sugar), 2 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder, 2 tbsp Splenda, 1/4 tsp blackstrap molasses. Blend, enjoy Viennese Latte-1 1/2 cups carb countdown milk, 2 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder, 1 tbsp choc sugar free syrup (this is widely available, look in the gourmet coffee section of your grocery store), 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 tsp instant coffee granules, guar or xanthan gum for thickener (optional). Blend, enjoy. Irish Cream Coffee Latte-1 1/2 cups carb countdown milk, 2 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder, 2 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules, 1/4 tsp almond extract, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup, 1 tbsp Splenda. Blend, enjoy. Mocha Latte-1 1/2 cups carb countdown milk, 2 tbsp vailla whey protein powder, 3 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup, 2 ice cubes, guar or xanthan gum as thickener (optional). Blend, enjoy. There are a bunch of chocolate ones too but I'll save those for another post. I hope this gives you some ideas about what to do with your protein powder. |
OMG.. i havent gotten on the scale for 4 days......... I am in shock! Wonder if i can wait till saturday now? lol gonna try
|
Morning!!!
Petra....You are a sweetie!!! Thank you so much for the smoothie recipies. I was just asking Curly what she does and then you give me some other great ideas. Good luck with your PT tonight!! Curly.....hehe...:drill: MOVE IT MOVE IT!!! How's that for my boot camp impression? Hope you enjoy your workout tonight. My gym offers a boot camp class, but it is "extreme boot camp" and requires too much of a committment. Its 6 days a week at 5-6 am. YOu must journal and eat only the required amount of calories they assign you AND if at any time during the class you DON'T keep up or do the set excercise.....the rest of the class does extra work to make up for you not doing your share. :yikes: uh...no thankyou!! TLB....Jillians workouts are more involved than that. There are 5 circuits of excercises to be done each day.... over 5 days of the week (2 days of rest). Each circuit consists of a grouping of muscles to be worked. (never working the same set of muscles 2 days in a row) Each muscle group circuit.....has then 3 excercises that you do repititons of the same excercise mixed in with a burst of cardio (jumping jacks or skipping rope for 60 seconds)..... Confused? I would take a look over on the Biggest loser thread here on the site. Or....can you check it out at the library or book store before you buy it? It is really not that complicated....but you need to see it on paper, kinda hard to explain it just in words. She has a great chart to follow week by week, and then shows you each exact excercise. |
Yayyyy I'm starting to 'get it'!!! lol.. What I'm starting to do is stop rationalizing and making excuses *nods* Thanks for the acknowledgment Petra :) It helps.
Even as I'm losing weight, I'm looking for ways to do it the EASY way. Deep inside, I know it doesn't exist. I'll probably still look- try making my own diet up to suit me, but with all of your help, by reading your posts, stories, advice, heartaches and VICTORIES I'll focus on losing my weight the healthy way :) Curly~ Have a great time at Boot Camp lol... and thanks too for the input on FitDay. TLB~ I hope you take some time to relax a little bit during the break. LMAO Like that's a possibility during the holiday season ;) ho ho ho :snow4: AngelEyes~ Your Boot Camp doesn't sound like a lot of fun. Sounds like a little toooo much pressure ifya kwim. I love reading your posts all over 3fc :) Always a good word for everyone. Thanks! Val... my friend. I was just reading NYE at the Warfield this year. Phil with John Mayer and Joan Osborne. *sigh* I am so close, yet so far lol. LisaWY, Turtle, Mom, Jennie, all you other PIC's in hiding ... where are you??????? Wouldn't it be fun some day to all find a time to meet in the realtime chat? |
hi guys!
Angel:well "boot camp" was pretty cool... haha i might change my mind in the morning... their version of boot camp is to increase the resistance on all the machines.. instead of just a few.. Petra: how did the meeting with the personal trainer go? Dee: yes u are doing great!!! it will all fall into place after a while and u will find the best program for u.. TLB: I am sure that u aced all your tests! Val: yep i love fit day also... its a big help (when u use it) :) thats y my challenge this 21 days to to record everything everyday! OK where is everyone else today??? how are things going for our newbies??? |
I survived the personal trainer. We were working on my slow burn which is new for both of us. I think she is going to be cursing me tomorrow because she had to try some of it out and I think she is going to be hurting by the look on her face a few times. We only got through 5 machines tonight and I know my arms are going to be killing me tomorrow. We did 3 arms and 2 legs. 2 of the machines were completely new to me and the others involved lifting a whole lot more weight than usual. This is going to be interesting but I am going to be buff! LOL. We meet again next week on my birthday.
|
I had a great meeting... I did get the little slider thingy to help me figure out points lol.. the leader was so embarassed that I didn't get one last week- and I still lost 3.2 lbs on their scale... :). I did find out the gym in the area also offers Body Pump classes. I used to take them at 24hour fitness in Seattle and I loved them!!!!! I just don't see how we can afford a membership there tho... like 65. month. I'm gonna check into if I can just take the classes as a drop in.
Petra~ Sounds like you are having a good time. Keep it up- we all wanna be buff! BTW *slyly* when IS your b'day?? hehehe.. Curly~ thanks :) Sounds like you had some fun too, huh? You lil workout fiend! :grouphug: |
Hi PIC's
I hope everyone is having a good day! I had my monthy check up at curves. I've lost 10.5 pounds in the last month and 4 more inches adding my inches up to 37 so far :o It's almost getting embarassing there when they make such a big deal about it. Honestly I don't see much change when I look at myself. Dee that class sounds like fun! I hope you can drop in on one! I sold 4 hula hoops today at curves :carrot: Someone also asked me to make 10-20 for a radio station. She said she's going to call me about it! |
Valerie-you are on fire. You go girl!:flame:
Dee-that price is outrageous! My gym costs $50/month and it is about the most expensive one in the area because they are open 24 hours/day. They better offer full body massages or something for that price! My birthday is next Wed, the 14th. I'll be the big 4-0. Much to my amazement I don't feel terrible this morning. I took a nice hot bath last night and went to bed early. which I guess helped. I'm only a little sore. Have a great day everyone. |
